I ordered Farmer's Warp. It was very good. The guy with googles in the sandwich station was very friendly. The guy also offered me complimentary drink.

Stopped by for what I hoped would be a quick, enjoyable snack and coffee but unfortunately, the experience was less than ideal.

First, the coffee – I’m not sure what went wrong, but it was supposed to be a Iced Cafe Mocha and turned out to be ridiculously off - Hot cafe mocha! It tasted like it had a personal grudge against me. Bitter, overly strong, and barely drinkable, went straight into the garbage bin! Flowing down all over my hand and onto the floor, the tissues could not even hold the drip. Maybe it was brewed during a lunar eclipse? Whatever the reason, it was the most half hearted coffee the lady at the counter taking orders made for me!

Then, the bagel – I love a toasted bagel, always with butter, but this one was taken to the extreme. It was more charcoal than anything, completely burnt. No amount of butter could save it ( there was negligible amount of butter in it) I had high hopes, but it felt like a snack from a campfire gone wrong. The staff who did my bagel did not even take more than a minute to hand over my Burnt Bagel to me.

I hope this was just an off day, and I’d be willing to give it another shot – but hopefully with a non-charred bagel and coffee that doesn't taste like it has existential issues!

Total waste of my hard earned $5.68!! Would rather put it towards charity next time.

Very bad customer service .I m also working in an food outlet So,I know how should be treat our customers .staff here is so rude .there is an white guy who was taking my order. He is so rude .it was on 16 October 2024 at 6.40 am .I don't know why staff is showing attitude to their customers.

Great team - especially Birshanna, David, and Samren - they make that particular location special. They create the atmosphere filled with natural kindness and care. I travel from Toronto every day, and those three people give me tremendous warm support every time I stop by - They make my day. Thank you very much. ...and your croissants are the best. Missed my train over a simple coffee, there were like 4 or 5 staff members but they just seemed to be walking around. To top it off the coffee tastes like crap
