Baked goods have a weird, meaty flavour to them. They often taste and smell like breakfast sausages. This cross contamination could be a major issue for vegetarian and vegan customers.Vegetarian options: Be careful. Baked goods often taste like meat. Possible cross contamination.

They either mess up your order or don't have stuff available. Today I got charged for a large coffee and received a small even though I explained. The only reason I couldn't wait to talk and show the evidence of purchase with my app and email from credit card was that my bus was about to leave.I hope they really improve and increase the number of staff.

Order Number 9047Complaint Case Number 11077956(for if a service rep sees this considering they won’t reply to my official complaint.)I placed a mobile order at this location 20 minutes before my train was due to leave and about 5 minutes before I would get to the go station, giving them some time to get started. I ordered a hot chocolate and 2 sausage farmer wraps. When I got to the go station I noticed they were lined up but saw on their screen, they had no orders in at the moment besides one and there was no food sitting on the mobile order pick up spot. I also saw what appeared to be 2 sausage farmer wraps sitting in the assembly station, thought they were mine, I was correct.About 5 minutes later, 10 minutes before my train leaves now, my hot chocolate is put up and more than half of the line has been taken care of and gone already. Those two wraps are still sitting there not being touched, just sitting.5 minutes goes by again, one of the wraps is rolled, thrown in the microwave and handed to me. This wrap was correct, a sausage farmers wrap. You’d think the next one would be out soon too, unfortunately wrong. They ran out of hashbrowns.3 minutes later, 2 minutes before train departure, 1 minute before train doors close. Hashbrowns come out, put one on the second wrap and roll it, put it into the microwave before handing it to me, not a word of an apology is said. This wrap also had bacon added onto it, not a big mistake but a mistake nonetheless. So to wrap things up, I ordered a drink and two wraps, which I saw sit in their assembly station the entirety of my time there, they were sitting there before I arrived, could have been the entire 20 minutes that my order was in progress. Almost missed my train because of it, watched the entire line be served and leave before I’m given my food. And to top it off, half of it was wrong, my drink was cold by the time I got the last of my food that had to be microwaved to even appear fresh.Final point - do not order from here unless they make some good changes and if a service representative sees this, you have my order and case number, I’d like a refund, that’s how you can solve this issue.

Awfully slow service for a go station Tim’s! Staff needs to understand that people ordering need to catch a train and can’t wait forever just for a coffee.

I had an unpleasant experience at Tim Hortons. The staff was rude and appeared disinterested in serving customers. My order was completely wrong, and when I asked for it to be corrected, I was met with attitude. The coffee tasted burnt, and the seating area was dirty. It's a shame to see such a decline in quality and service at Tim Hortons.

The staff are very nice. The service was a bit lacking.Over the past few daily purchases, my friend and I have had numerous issues with our orders. The first day one of our drink sizes was wrong, and the other had too much milk - mistakes happen it’s no big deal, although there was no lineup. The next day they had no bacon so we ordered one egg BLT and a sausage BELT. We open them and they are both sausage. The third day, we both got classic BELT however there were no tomatoes or mayonnaise. My suggestion is for bagel bar to communicate with their customers if items are out of stock.

Was here on Friday morning to catch the train into union for FanExpo. Customer service was poor - the staff were busy socializing with each other and didn’t acknowledge customers in line for a few minutes. After I ordered, I received one of my two drinks. After I got my breakfast sandwich I asked about my second drink (apple juice). The staff rolled their eyes visibly, huffed, and slammed a juice out of my reach in the pick up area. Two other customers in line noted this as well and looked to me for my reaction. I politely said thank you and wished the staff a good day.I know customer service delivery is hard but common courtesy goes a long way.

The staff here are absolutely amazing and very understanding about speed for catching bus connections. There is no drive thru, it's inside the go station, so ignore that on their hours. It used to be only open Monday to Friday 6-2 but now! They are open on Saturdays. Very exciting. Still a super long line, so if you going there from the train, sit near the middle so you have maximum advantage to reaching the line first. Or use the mobile pickup and order as you get off the train. The dream cookies are the best especially the m&m one, but on second thought maybe don't buy that one (more for me :3 jk).Parking: The parking off of Brant street, go in that end door and straight past the sitting area through a second set of doors. That's were you'll find Tim's .Wheelchair accessibility: It's right on the main floor so very accessible, I guess the only downside is it's the other side from the elevators but they really couldn't have put it closer as the ticket booths and washrooms are in-between.
