They didn’t had most of the items. No croissant, no cheese tea biscuits, hash browns or wedges. They need to carry atleast some items when they are advertising them and it’s not even close to the end of the day!

Visited here the other day for breakfast and very disappointed. First, they didn’t have anything I wanted… no wedges when I literally saw them. They forgot about my food as 3 people in line behind me got food before I did when all I ordered was 2 bagels. Staff were just standing there as I waited and handed me my food without looking at me or saying anything. My bagel didn’t have any butter on it when I asked for butter so it was dry. Wasted my money and time going here. Made me late for my appointment as well. Would not recommend going here. Might as well drive a little longer to a different Tim’s.

Tim Hortons inside a little convenience store at a gas station. Long drive through lines during weekdays, inspite, the service provided is at rocket speed.

So annoying. They never have anything on the menu. Didn’t know making ready-made food was so hard.

This morning at approximately 5am, my husband attended this Tim Hortons to grab 2 teas on his way to work. There was an older gentleman with a European accent working. He told my husband he could not serve him until he was done making eggs yet there was no one in the drive thru and no one placing orders. My husband said he was needing to head to work in which the employee responded if he didn't want to wait then he could leave with nothing. He also refused to provide his name to my husband. I called the store this afternoon to find out the name of the employee and whomever I spoke to on the phone refused to provide me his name or the employee's name from the morning. I said you don't know your coworkers names? he said "we all work different shifts" which is unacceptable. You can easily look at staff lists. My husband then had to leave with no teas. This was completely unacceptable customer service. To turn a customer away and refuse service is uncalled for and I have to wonder if it was because of my husband's skin colour.

Ordered a Boston crème ask server to put in box and manager came out and said first we don’t carry boxes for doughnuts anymore than she said the nex bags are stuck free lol she was acting like it was coming out of her pocket. Stop with the lies been a customer for 40 years Tim hortons has gone downhill with all the Indians working there. They don’t care

Bought an iced coffee from this location, carried it home with the lid closed, took a sip, and this ended up in my mouth. It didn't end up in there while i was walking, so my guess is it was in the coffee pot. Definitely not what I expect when drinking coffee.
