This location has always been our go-to location when the extended family wants to get together for an evening snack. Arch has done an incredible job with the renovations, it's modern with a classy touch of incredible service, perfect for our family!!

On our way to watch a movie, hubby and I grabbed an iced cap and Boston cream donut at this location. Wow! It’s a super busy place with lots of young, hungry people. The staff were really attentive and quick to serve, still with a cheerful attitude that showed they were enjoying their jobs. The guy offered cookies for 2 bucks for an important community’s fund raising event.
Left quickly as it was becoming increasingly crowded!

Ordered and everything bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg and cheese. It was disgusting. It had no butter no sauces of any kind. The bagel wasn’t even toasted and nor was the sandwich even cut it was so gross.

Very disappointing experience this morning at the drive-thru.

I had an active offer on the Tim Hortons app — the Classic Breakfast Sandwich + Hash Brown + Coffee combo for $6. When I got to the window, I was told “it’s not working” and that I had to pay full price. I explained that it was an active offer, showed it clearly on the app, and waited while the staff tried to figure it out.

After about 10 minutes of waiting (with a long line-up behind me), the manager came and first said it only works with iced coffee, which was incorrect — I showed the app again proving it works with regular coffee too. Then they said, “I can’t do anything about it.”

After 15 minutes of being stuck at the window and holding up the line, I had to leave without my coffee.

Honestly, it’s shocking that a manager can’t make a simple decision like offering the coffee for free and sorting out the issue later — especially at 9:30 a.m., the busiest time of day. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back to this location again.

I think we all know that the Tim Hortons that used to exist in the early 2000s isn’t the one that exists today. While that is saddening, it’s part of the reality that we live in an ever-evolving world. This Tims was burned down (literally) and built back up, and I must say, their commitment to bring it back better than before has paid off.
The atmosphere inside is actually quite nice, it feels like a cafe - Canadian style. Honestly would be nice to sit down with a friend to share a little coffee with, or to study for a couple hours with the hustle and bustle in the background.
The service was great as well - One of the managers apologized for the delay for one of my items as it was being made fresh, and continued conversation with me. You don’t get a lot of people that are willing to chat anymore, and it really reduces that transactional/shallow feeling that permeates our society.
Finally the food - I didn’t get much, just some wedges, but they were fresh, warm, crispy, and delicious when paired with their creamy BBQ sauce.
I’ll certainly be coming again. If you’ve lost hope in Tim Hortons as a company, come to this Tim’s, they will restore your faith!

Placed a pickup order of steeped tea and bagel using skip the dishes app. I went to drive thru to pickup my order as it was raining heavily and drive thru was completely empty. At the screen they agreed to give me my order at the window but then at the window they denied not give me the order stating the order is not ready, I requested them if i can wait as its just two items (bagel and steeped tea) and no one behind me at drive thru. They denied again,so I went inside and to my surprise the order was ready there, it was just they didn’t want to deliver me at the window. Didn’t like the service as it ruined the experience. As far as food is concerned, bagel was good and up to the mark but steep tea was not fresh.

LONG STRAND OF BLACK HAIR INSIDE THE ICECAP CUP!!! We ordered $20 worth of drinks and food, threw away most of our drinks after this sad sight. Utterly disgusting. DO BETTER!!!
