LONG STRAND OF BLACK HAIR INSIDE THE ICECAP CUP!!! We ordered $20 worth of drinks and food, threw away most of our drinks after this sad sight. Utterly disgusting. DO BETTER!!!

This is perhaps one of the worst branches of Tim Hortons out there.
Coffee tastes burnt, they're always missing things in the item like if I order 20 timbits, pack will have 15. Workers there can't speak English properly and worst of all there are always flies sitting on the donuts and timbits
Will report to the health commission about the flies contaminated food.

So Inconsistent, I live near this Tims so go fairly often and everytime something is different, wrong or missed entirely, whether its forgetting straws for drinks, coffee tasting burnt(almost every other day at this point) wrong items being made. Yesterday i ordered a 20 pack of timbits and there was only 15 in the box, today I ordered a double stacked farmers wrap and they forgot to put the hashbrown in it... They have given me the wrong donuts and wrong drinks, if there was another tims or option in walking distance I would stop coming to this one.

I just received the worst coffee ever made to man!! literally tastes like crap!
The drive through and the store front really need to step up their game. They seem disorganized and cant speak english properly...hence theyre not able to take the orders properly. Like at least hire people who can speak english properly
This is my second time that theyve messed up my order. Forgot the sausage like what is this?? I had to park my car and go into the store to ask them to make me another one.
I will be choosing another tim hortons location moving forward.
And whats up with the fliess?? Why are there so many flies sitting on donuts??
Someone is going ot get sick!!!

Visited Tim Hortons late at night and had a coffee with oat milk. The drink was decent—mild in flavour but comforting. Service was quick and polite.

Ya I tried the link u sent to all the reviews, it doesnt even let you submit a complaint, what a joke! How about u spend time cleaning and bettering ur store instead of auto replying to bad reviews, fix it and train ur staff!

This place has been my go to Tim Hortons for over ten years. Since reopening after the fire and under new owners, the place has gone extremely down hill. The coffee is almost always burnt and old. Service is rushed, orders constantly made wrong or with very little care. All baked goods are always day old and stale, even the English muffins somehow. Even the outside isn't up kept like it used to be. When I order from them through Uber, the orders are never right, always missing espresso in drinks. I unfortunately will no longer be a patron if this store, one of the last good Tim hortons that was left in burlington. I'd like to add that some of the original employees left working there are still great!

I had an excellent experience at this Tim Hortons location. The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to Prag and Rohit, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were courteous, attentive, and truly made my visit enjoyable. It’s rare to come across employees who care this much about customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work — I’ll definitely be coming back!
