The atmosphere of this place is horrifying. There is so much negativity in that tims specifically because of Kiran who harasses people and says shady stuff to them behind all the managers. I overheard her say some stuff to the other staff members and thats not right. They need to make sure they don’t have such people working as it really disrupts the whole environment.

Very disappointing experience.😡
I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. It seems like the staff hasn’t been trained properly – especially under the supervision of the manager, Sandip. The service was so poor that it doesn’t even deserve a single star.

To make things worse, I was charged an extra amount, and when I approached through the drive-thru again after 5 minutes and knocked on the window, the staff came out only to ask what I wanted, instead of addressing the issue. The night staff appeared completely disinterested, as if they were just passing time. No proper service, no proper food – overall, a terrible experience.

Only tim hortons in Canada that underportions their ice caps..everytime..went at 1:30 Saturday saw how underportioned it was again so drove off..I.will never shop this location again..maybe I will go to Starbucks since tim hortons rips off their customers.

Among the worst Tim’s in burlington, might see improvement in the future but the entire staff is lazy, careless, poorly trained, and unmanaged. My very normal combo was made after they cleared the whole drive-thru, finished everyone after me in line’s orders and noticed I’d been waiting for over 10 minutes. A very sad operation, I’d advise staying off of Brant when you want Tim’s

garbage customer service I just Bought a vanilla iced coffee with light ice there is only one ice cube in my drink and it’s half a cup when I confronted Kiran at drive-through she replied this is our protocol. If you ask for light ice, I’m gonna fill half a cup of coffee. Tim Hortons is not the same the way it used.

I’m officially done with Tim Hortons, I’ve been running to the bathroom every hour because of a farmers wrap that I ate at this location. This is the second time a Tim Hortons has done this to me. They don’t know how to cook the eggs. If anyone ever bites into the egg and it’s green inside or the sausage isn’t cooked enough, take that wrap or English muffin and go throw it at the person who made it. Tim Hortons is now the worst place to get breakfast.

I went to order and asked for a doughnut… I even pointed at the one I wanted… but somehow I still got the wrong one… and it took like 5 minutes…. I was the only one in the store ordering
