Employees park as close to front doors as possible, leave the vehicle parked all day, rather than leaving the spots for customers. Leafs me to believe that they don't care about the customer, they're lazy and entitled. I used to come here every day, but I avoid it now. I prefer a business that puts the customer first.

Our family loves to visit Tim Hortons upper middle/walker's line location in Burlington. We have been visiting this location for over a year for Coffee/French vanilla and breakfast sandwiches.
Their entire team is super awesome!! Special mention to Raman didi for her friendly and efficient service! Raman didi has also introduced us to new items at Tim's which we try from time to time. Another great team member of this location Michael ji :) has introduced us to the Tim's app which has saved us a lot of money $$$ Truly exceptional staff, Kudos to the entire team and we love visiting this Tim's Burlington location! :))
