Leafs me to believe that they don't care about the customer, they're lazy and entitled. I used to come here every day, but I avoid it now. I prefer a business that puts the customer first.

Our family loves to visit Tim Hortons upper middle/walker's line location in Burlington. We have been visiting this location for over a year for Coffee/French vanilla and breakfast sandwiches.
Their entire team is super awesome!! Special mention to Raman didi for her friendly and efficient service! Raman didi has also introduced us to new items at Tim's which we try from time to time. Another great team member of this location Michael ji :) has introduced us to the Tim's app which has saved us a lot of money $$$ Truly exceptional staff, Kudos to the entire team and we love visiting this Tim's Burlington location! :))

For over 10 years my wife and I have been going to this Tim Hortons (Walkers & Uppermiddle) for coffee/tea and breakfast sandwiches. We've always found them friendly and very quick on the drive thru. Sometimes I go at 5:30am, served by Raman Didi. Many times I don't need to provide my order, she knows what I want, always chipper and bubbly! Her quick service gets me on my way fast. If your in the area, pop into this location and make it your favorite as we have!

Finally some counter people who can speak English as this establishment. Constant influx of new Canadians at this location. the area is overrun with new Canadians in the area who cannot speak English, wont acclimatize to the North American culture and are condescending when they speak to you, short, curt no pleases and thank yous.
Just because you work at a Tim Hortons doesn’t mean you don’t need to have good customer service. Y’all’s attitude towards customers are horrible

This Tim Hortons location consistently fails to make coffee properly. The staff are often chatting with each other instead of focusing on orders. Every time I order a cappuccino, I receive only half a cup. I ordered a brown sugar iced latte with oat milk multiple times, but they never prepare it correctly—no oat milk, no brown sugar, just a plain iced latte. This has happened not once, but repeatedly, even though I visit the drive-thru almost every day on my way to work. Poor service and inaccurate orders are the norm here. I do not recommend this location.
