Truthfully, if I could, I'd give zero stars for my experience today.
In an attempt to purchase gift cards through the drive through because I have an infant in my car with me, I was told I would only be able to purchase 2 because the "system" will only allow 2 giftcards per car.
This confused me, and I requested 2 separate transactions in order to purchase the additional gift card.
The employees proceeded to tell me this wasn't possible.
It took going back and forth several times before they would allow me to purchase the requested gift cards on separate transactions.
It's ridiculous, and quite frankly, I was insulted by the insinuation that the purchase was dishonest and so would not be allowed to be processed.
Tim Hortons has truly taken a downturn in recent months.
I will not be spending my money at this location ever again, which is unfortunate given that I frequent this location almost daily with it being located so close to my home.
Highly disappointed.

Avoid drive through at all costs! Always short-staffed. The staff that does work are extremely slow and lazy. It’s unbelievable how slow they operate.

Never had any issues with food or drink at this location. And I come here at all times of the day; even late night they make sure to make the freshest drinks and the customer service is always good!
I don't agree with a lot of other (discriminatory) comments in the reviews - because I have seen a lot of people come in and botch up their own orders or order and then not pay for the orders. The morning times are busy and drive through is full but my order has never been messed up.
I have never worked here (or will) but I just wanted to put in a positive review, to acknowledge the staff are really good at what they do.

The team are friendly. Food and coffee are great but the level of cleanliness in the place is concerning
I always find the place so dirty and there is no one literally no one is cleaning
Food crumbs everywhere on the tables and the floor
Sometimes you find other people hair setting on the table with the food crumbs and you have to walk around to find a clean table to eat your food

I went here today and i ask for plane toasted bagel with cream cheese,the employee told me toaster is broken so if I wanted he can make it on the grill, oh my that was the best bagel i had in my life 👍👍👍👍👍 great job .

Just alright.
Have slowed down going to Tim's over the years as quality all over is down.
This location is okay but I only use the drive-thru ... which is the reason for review.
Why does my coffee come with a cologne smell? I've investigated the cup and coffee and it seems that the person who makes the coffees is just wearing an abundance amount of cologne that transfers onto the materials being handed out. It hasn't been a one-off situation either where my car starts smelling like men's clothes all of a sudden after getting a coffee.

I went to this location and they screwed up my order. When I returned my food for a refund, the manager inferred that I made a mistake with my order and not the worker through drive thru. I know that the customer is not always right but why would I sabotage my own lunch order? I was disgusted by the manager’s cavalier response.
