Not sure how it's possible but I received a coffee that clearly came from a mouldy machine. Tasted absolutely god awful and nowhere near a fresh batch or clean machine. Pretty disgusting, not to mention the wrong food order, which isn't the worst because it was close enough. But I'm pretty sure the bagel was slightly moulded as well

Love the staff and service at this Tim Hortons. They are always smiling; service is excellent and my orders are always accurate. I go through this drive through several times per week and prefer this location over any other in the city.

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the way my family was treated at the Tim Hortons location at Walkers Line and Mainway on Saturday, December 20th around 5:20 pm.
After a booked family skate, we chose this location because it is typically convenient for large families with kids. My 14 year old son ordered a flatbread pizza combo and politely declined adding a dipping sauce. When he received his meal, there was no sauce on the pizza. My 17 year old daughter went with him to the counter to ask if it could be remade. She was met with immediate attitude from a younger female supervisor who scoffed, openly looked her up and down, and questioned why they should need to remake his food.
My daughter returned to me in complete shock. She was visibly shaking after the interaction, clearly upset by the way she had been looked up and down and spoken to. No teenager should ever be treated that way for calmly asking a simple question.
I then approached the counter myself. I have over 20 years of experience working in hospitality and understand how challenging guests can be, so I remained calm and respectful. I explained that my son’s pizza had no sauce and asked if it could be remade. The supervisor flatly refused and told me I could either pay for a new pizza or take back the original, which had already been thrown in the garbage. She stated she would not remake it “at her expense.”
While I disagreed with her decision, my primary issue is with the conduct displayed throughout the interaction. The tone was condescending, dismissive, and openly hostile. The eye rolling, scoffing, and repeatedly looking my children up and down was constant. This was not a misunderstanding or a bad moment. It was deliberate, sustained disrespect.
My senior father then came over and requested a refund, which was processed immediately without hesitation. As I walked away after providing my card, the supervisor and another female staff member began laughing, rolling their eyes, and pointing at me. I turned and asked them directly if they were laughing at me. They nodded yes and continued pointing and rolling their eyes.
I am a 40 year old woman and have never experienced such blatantly childish, unprofessional, and aggressive behavior from staff in a customer service environment. This felt like a deliberate attempt to humiliate me and my children. Watching adults in positions of authority mock customers openly, especially teenagers, was shocking and unacceptable.
This behavior has no place in any workplace, particularly one that serves families and children. It reflects a serious failure in training, supervision, and accountability. I expect this incident to be reviewed by Tim Hortons head office, and I would like to be followed up with directly regarding how this matter is addressed.
I will not be returning to this location.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the service of Harsha and Tannu at Tim Hortons during the morning breakfast time. Both girls take and deliver my order with a smile and genuine happiness. Their positive attitude truly made my day great. Thank you for such wonderful service.

Warm and friendly staff that are always attentive and fast and sanitary when preparing orders, and they are always smiling and friendly towards customers! i saw an employee put on gloves to grab my donut and then throw those gloves out and grab a new pair to create my breakfast wrap! Extremely clean environment and a great atmosphere all around, the food is good and the service was amazing at this Tim hortons compared to other locations

And tbh i have been workin at tims for like 3 years but i never became so much self obsessed to make accounts for me regardless of adding team value i woulld never admire and praise me that much. The reason for saying this is as i a biweekly buyer of snacks from wendys make me visit tims and i wanted to hear opinion from other but reviews are filled with some harsha guy and i dont know why these all reviews came just in a week 😂😂.I mean its hilarious and even my daughter made me realize this was probabily made by harsh himself. Anyways food was considerabley same as every other store just the drinks are peak for any human
