I usually start my day with Coffee. I ordered my go to drink - Medium 1 Milk which is served on time with a smile. The staff’s seem so well mannered and responsible. Thumbs up guys??
I went to this tims location this morning and asked for a med earl grey tea 2 milk 2 sugar. The order on the screen said 2 cream instead of sugar. At the window I confirmed i wanted milk instead of sugar. Pooja, the employee at the window said she would remake it. 0.2 seconds later she comes back and says “earl grey with MILK”. WELL it was not milk. they gave me the exact same tea originally made with cream...This happens way too often at this location and it’s not fair for people to be spending money on this everyday and not even get the order right.

8:23pm 1/26/2024, drive thru, answered "ya" I order an ice coffee.. the lady was so rude, no hello, hi, please, no thank you.. its just a simple exchange of kindness but just fing rude for no reason. Hope she gets the herps.. Pretty sad honestly but oh well..

This location features Tim hortons, Wendy’s and some other establishments! Lots of variety and the food was great quality.
Every time I go to this location they NEVER give me exactly what I ask for?. This I think I have had enough so I'm leaving this review.thankfully the got my meal correct, but this is the most bitter Double Double I have ever had. It is an inconvenience for me to now go get another Double Double. So annoyed ?.
