Always bad service in Tim
Today i asked for tap water and surprisingly they asked for a charge!! For the tap water !!
I dont care about the charge but i am really upset of such poor and cheap service!!
Very bad very bad service all Rim Hortons
I hope this message reach to their top management, who earns a lots of money and put such poor strategies that ruin Tim Hortons brand and customer experience
And if they are not the one who put such ugly policy then this branch should be held accountable!!!

Never will come back to such cheap place and will advise my friends the same and spread the words as well !!

Terrible Customer Service. I’ve had multiple issues with this Tims, especially the workers. They are inconsiderate of their customers they put customers last as a priority. Ive left in an awful mood because of the way they have treated me, multiple times now. It upsets me a lot as this used to be my favorite tim hortons because its close to home but, now I avoid it as ive been left upset too many times now.

Worst service. Ordered flat bread and omelette bites. They delivered it to many who ordered after me and we had to wait for like 20 minutes before getting the order.

A nice, clean, well organized Tim Hortons.
They have self-order machines which makes it super easy and quick to order and avoid any line up.
Staff are friendly, organized and quick to fulfill orders from dine-in and drive thru customers.

Parking: Free parking lot part of the shopping centre.

Kid-friendliness: Kids and family friendly.

Recommended dishes: Donuts, Sandwich, Soup, Chilli Soup, Bagels

Staff is very friendly, they start my prepared my order soon as I walked in.
