Went on 15 dec monday. @12.30 pm afternoon Storefront staff very rude and we can’t grill your croissant and when i asked if you can heat it for 30 seconds to which she replied “oh my god”

If you’re working for many years and make an excuse for your old age working in a restaurant.. please don’t do that

Terrible night shift staff. Multiple nights I have been working and went to the Tim Hortons and got yelled at because I asked the staff why does it take so long to take orders. Another night, I experienced zero service at the drive through, called the Tim Hortons directly and they answered saying they were sitting in the back. These night shift workers need to be REPLACED! This is unacceptable behaviour. Very disrespectful, and horrible customer service.

On Dec 5th, I bought coffee from this location and staff has no manners at all. An associate on drive thru reacted so rude and when I asked for extra cream, she asked for money and turned her back starting speaking in another language. I hope this will be taken very seriously and accepted a quick resolution.

1/5 stars This Tim Hortons is a hot mess! I've been here multiple times, and every single time, they get my order wrong. It's like they don't even listen. And don't even get me started on the food it's like they're serving it blindfolded. It’s hard to understand what they're saying. And they're always in a RUSH!! Not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else.

What happened with tim hortons. I work at 1am and used to be able to grab food before work not any more just coffee been like this for weeks I can clearly see bagels and muffins from the drive thru but employees don't wanna serve says come back at 6
