Sandwiches is ok ok.. Black coffee is standard I didn’t go to toilet but my husband said it’s smelly.. Boston donuts- I tried, it’s quite sweet to my taste but my kids are ok with it
CAD$10.38 is S$ 9.85, value for money for us.. Love their paper cup through and the logo.. Lol..

Awful. No greeting. Got ignored for quite sometime upon ordering. My daughters ice cap order was screwed up, he put coffee and chocolate together, why? A customer walked in after us, waited gave up and went through drive thru, she waved at us as she was given her meal. Will not go back

Just ordered this morning, and as usual, my order is incorrect, and one item is missing. Bad experiences always happen every time I order in this store. Before, this store was excellent, but now they never fail to disappoint me as a customer. If you think Im just making up a story, please check the other review. Hoping soon google allow us to give zero star. Doesnt deserve even a star.

Another disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I often go to this location because it’s on my way to and from work and everytime I am let down. If it’s not getting my order wrong it’s the horrible customer service. There’s no more “welcome to Tim Hortons” it’s only “what do you want” and cutting people off halfway through their order with “is that all”. They don’t confirm orders at the window and they really should because that don’t take orders in sequence. I’ve waited at the speaker while 5 cars in the other lane were helped before they realized I was there. I highly recommend you don’t go to this Tim Hortons unless you want horrible customer service, the wrong order or burnt food.

Messed up my bagel and coffee, when I asked them to fix it I was met with attitude. Used washrooms after, grossest tims bathrooms I've ever seen and when I told them their washrooms needed cleaning I was met with blank stares and no response from 4 different employees, I was made to feel like I was interrupting their conversation.

This is an average timmies with decent food and service I’d give it a 3 star BUT when Simran is working it’s a 5 star timmies. She is efficient friendly and professional. If it were up to me I’d promote her to manager if she’s not already.
