I visited the tim hortons via drive thru I gave them my order and as I arrived to my house I took a sip and it was a wrong order I ordered two items one stepped tea double double and a decaf coffee one milk and so I chose to go back to the tims because they gave me the wrong order and on the way just to double check I checked both drinks and the decaf coffee I ordered before was without milk. WILL NOT RETURN.

I was really disappointed with the bathrooms at this Tim Hortons. They were dirty and clearly not maintained properly, with garbage on the floor, empty soap dispensers, and an overall unpleasant smell. The stalls didn’t feel clean or cared for, and it looked like they hadn’t been checked in hours. For such a busy place, I expected much better standards of cleanliness and upkeep, but the washrooms were definitely below expectations.

What part of BLT is hard to understand!!! Three times it took to be understood!! Might be an idea to employ people who understand English!!!!!

Unfortunately, it was served cold, and when I requested it to be reheated, the replacement I received was burned. This was a very disappointing experience, as I expected better quality and consistency from Tim Hortons. I hope the management takes note and works on improving food preparation standards.

Try not to visit this late. It looks very seedy even though it’s in a very busy part of Brant street. There were only two employees and it got busy so we had to wait for a bit even though there were only three of us in the line.
