I came to use bathroom and get an ice cap when tk bathroom and was so dirty and almost fell over the yellow sign which the floors were not clean or wet and then washed hands in ice cold water they obviously are cheep and don't turn on hot water. Also the lady that serviced me was not very friendly either. Will not be back.

Avoid this place for your own inner peace (mental health). This is the most peculiar Tim Hortons store, all the way from Kanata to Knadahar. Everyone working looks alike, behaves alike, talks alike, and serves alike, reminding me that Tim Hortons remains a Canadian icon only in name. Usually, as you enter, you hear loud arguments on one side and very loud merry-making on the other side, in an unknown (to me) language. Today, I waited and waited; unfortunately, they had more important business than attending to about 10 people waiting in line. My brand loyalty has now reached the breakeven point. One reason is that Tim Hortons is now owned, operated, and privately held by a single foreign entity. The other is that I do not want to feel like a stranger in my own home and native land. I turned back along with a few customers in line. I neither can demand nor beg for their service. I decided that this is my last day to patronize Tim Hortons. Goodbye! good ole Timmy.

The bee's knee's I tell yah! Smart staff with quick service and they paid for my girlfriend's meal. Pro tip - washrooms are tidy too
As a hockey dad, I spend a lot of time in cold arenas wishing for hot and fresh coffee. I'm always glad when the arena is close enough that I can pop down to this location. Robin and her staff have embraced old style hospitality in a franchise environment. The coffee is always hot and fresh, baked goods as perfect as they can be and the store is always clean and well kept.
On the very rare occasion service is slow because they are busy or a mistake is made, they always make it right and then some.

I stop here every Friday evening after work for a Canadian Maple, which I haven't found at locations closer to me. Lauren has always been wonderful to deal with, even if she has to tell me my favourite donut is sold out! 🤣
