Absolutely terrible, every morning this lady messes up my bagel without fail. It's never doubled toasted and she's always has to kiss her teeth cause she has to throw it out, and make it properly. Like read the board it's doubled toasted nobody wants to eat dough. Everyone else was so pleasant tho

We came here on Christmas Day around 11:40am, after driving everywhere for Tim’s for our long drive. The staff were so friendly, so kind, and made our food amazing. For it being Christmas they were so happy and not frustrated.
Great job Tim Hortons. I wish we had this kind of staff where we live.

Came here at Christmas Day 11:30 am Wednesday 25. First off they were like the only location open; AND the drive through was at the street.

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Tim Hortons. I ordered a plain bagel, and it was burnt beyond recognition. The taste was completely ruined, making it inedible. I had no choice but to throw it away, as it was utterly disgusting. This is not the quality I expect from such a well-known establishment. I hope they can improve their food preparation standards in the future."

In at 11:10, no coffee. Was told we had to wait 10 minutes unfortunately we were on break and don't have an extra 10 minutes. Very disappointed, honestly the worst Time I have been to.
Just absolute trash. The food and drinks are awful. The coffee tastes burnt. The workers couldn’t care less about you or your order. Just take your stuff and get out. Never enough employees on cash, then suddenly, zero employees on cash. Just go to McDonald’s for your coffee.

"Honestly, my experience at Tim Hortons was one of the worst I've had. I ordered the Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl, and while they did prepare it quickly, that’s where the positives end. When I finally got back to work and opened it, I was shocked. They barely put anything in there—just a few sad pieces of chicken and some cilantro. No rice at all! It was like they forgot the main part of the meal. I was left feeling ripped off and still hungry. Definitely not going back for that again."
To improve, they really need to ensure that all components of the meal are included before handing it over. Maybe they could double-check orders before they're served or even have a system in place to confirm with customers that everything is there. If they want to keep their customers, they need to step up their game and make sure the meals are complete and satisfying."

Consistently screws up orders where you want milk instead of cream, and today they screwed up my order after a long drive thru wait during which the guy taking my order was clearly distracted. Go elsewhere if you can.

Bees and flies all over the donuts.. response by lady who works here, “Can’t do anything about it!” What a response! So rude! Disgusting! Totally taking advantage of the fact ppl will still buy food here because of the convenience. I wonder what else is crawling around in the back that they can’t do anything about…

15 minute drive through wait with 4 cars. Absolutely brutal.
