It is a great pizza and very tasty.

I'm sorry for the confusion on March 09. I live in a Retirement home and I assumed the pizza was coming to the lobby but the delivery person took it right to my suite. I was visiting someone else at the time and went to the lobby to wait for the pizza. When i waited.a half hour I called the Appleby Line store, eventually it got sorted out. The pizza was good, we just had to reheat it.

I was confused about the online app which is terrible but someone from the front helped me out. Excellent service and the good quality is good. It was so good as well that my brother who was on a diet broke it and ate some for dinner.

Over priced for what you get (and I got a "special"). The pizza is just okay. Huge crust rim = less toppings (ironic given the company's name).

Don't waste your time. They have zero customer service. You'll be blamed for any issue with your order and made to continually follow up, or even drive to the location to speak to an owner. Worse customer service, average at best pizza. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered for the first time at this location and when we were half way through the pizza we noticed a cockroach on the side of one of our slices. It was dead however still does not make us want to eat the food.

We use to always get pizza from this location because we love Toopers but the last 3 times we placed an online order, we got a call saying they didn’t have whole wheat dough so we had to cancel the order. Huge disappointment!
