Service wasn't good. Would help if waitress checked on us during the meal to see if drinks needed to be refilled, etc. instead comes to clear the plates before people are finished. Not sure what the rush is seeing as entire place was empty during lunch service. Food was alright. Portions quite small imo.
The little dry carrot sticks and cucumber slices that they included with my kid's pasta was sad. I don't know why they won't give fries as an option instead. The vegetables were dry and gross, not even a dip for them, what kid wants to eat this at a restaurant?

I ordered honey garlic wings, the person I was with ordered Baton Rouge. When asked if I wanted them dusted I said I wanted them done the same way as the person I was with.
When the food arrived we both got Baton Rouge wings, I politely sent them back. When they returned they were obviously the same wings with the sauce wiped off and honey garlic added.
I’ve never in my life imagined that rather than fixing an issue for a customer that a waitress and kitchen would re serve the same food with more sauce added and think I wouldn’t notice.
Won’t come back.

I have visited this restaurant chain in Niagara Falls, Richmond Hill, and Mississauga, and my experience at this location was the worst. First, we waited a long time for our server, even though the restaurant was not packed. The server did apologize for the delay, which I appreciated.
Now, let's talk about the food. For an appetizer, we ordered the roasted garlic chicken rolls. While they were delicious, the portion size did not justify the price. For our main courses, my husband had the power bowl, which he liked, but I chose the Kung Pao and was disappointed. The shrimp tasted undercooked, and I would not recommend the Kung Pao dish.
Overall, we spent over $100 for slow service, small portion sizes, and poor food quality. I would not return to this restaurant.

Went on Monday night. Our server Victoria was excellent, remembered us from before and it's her great service is also why we like to come back. Super friendly, made us feel welcome. Food was great. One of our party members had an issue with what they ordered but Victoria was on top of it and made everyone's experience wonderful

Dinner last night was awesome! Our server Jayla recommended the new summer burger, and it was great. Super tasty and definitely worth trying!
CAUTION IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!!! 1 week ago today I was at this location and ordered from the gluten free menu. Coconut Curry bowl chicken. The waitress assured me that this was gluten free. 40 minutes later I was extremely sick! The next day I called and spoke to the manager and they were very apologetic and we're going to send me an email with the free meal for the next time. I received no email and I definitely will not be returning!!! Check your spices and don't use spices that may contain wheat or gluten!! If you have a gluten problem I would avoid this restaurant all together they are not transparent. Thankfully I didn't go into anaphylactic shock. Zero stars on how poorly this was handled. I will also add the dirty plate that was given to my daughter with the celery carrots and apples!!.. I sure hope they're not reusing food and plates!
