Our meals were divine, fresh and rich in flavour and absolutely delicious! The service at this location is spectacular, the GM Steve hires and trains the best staff, with every visit a perfect service experience even during the busy holiday season. Heidi served us tonight, wonderful job!!

Steak was a bit tough and hard to cut. Disappointed in where we were seated when there were many table options available away from the kitchen/front door.

Stopped in here for a quick bite with my kid before his class. We were served by Emily, who was super attentive, very friendly, and an all around awesome server. Food was delish and the Fire and Ice dessert was so unique and incredible. Good job guys!!

Everyone who had a cream based dish is sick! The service was great, except for the part were we mentioned the mashed potatoes tasted funny, a bit like blue cheese. We were told it is just potatoes and butter. It was 330 PM just as a reference. I would call to warn the team but it’s too late now, most of the dinner service is over. The cream was clearly spoiled but the kitchen used it anyway. The Alfredo was especially bad, this dish made us the sickest. Please check your cream and cream based sauces. Will not be going back to this location

First time to Turtle Jack's Appleby location and not disappointed. Arrived at 3 for lunch. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server(didn't catch her name) was friendly and attentive. We were never rushed to order to finish our meal. She would come over regularly to ask if we needed anything and refills. There portions are large that generously feed two people with no issues. They do not have a specific lunch menu, that being said prices are alittle more pricey than other restaurants but the portions are large enough for 2 so don't need to order individual meals depending on your appetite. Ordered the beef nachos, chicken fajitas comes with all the fixings as well as rice which is not common, and side order of fries and for desert the apple crisp. fyi we asked for the chicken to be extra crispy just remind your server you don't want it burnt (extra well done) Both of us were satisfied with our meal no regrets. Will definitely be returning.
