Every time I buy Voortman No Sugar Chocolate Chip cookies, when I open any package, the cookies look like they were kicked up onto the shelf. Every cookie shattered. As a diabetic, these are some of the few cookie treats I can have.

Saddly, there is no place anymore to buy 2nds from any bakery any more, Vachon in Hamilton closed even before COVID and Voortman's bakery too

I bought three packages of the new 25% less sugar from a local store while on vacation with family. The first package of oatmeal, chocolate chip was pretty good. I'm a big coconut fan and was looking forward to trying the coconut ones. I opened them up and there was a decent sized spot of mold growing on the top cookie. I submitted the information to the company, through their website. No response whatsoever. I'm throwing away the last batch of oatmeal chocolate chunk. So, social media post it is. As a cottage food certified seller, I understand that it can happen but the lack of response from the manufacturer definitely has red flags for me and I will not purchase this brand again.

Receiver is efficient and reliable although the space is a little tight for rigs

For some reason like a year or two ago you started putting two huge allergens (milk and eggs) in the wafer cookies that were already fine to begin with. I am surprised you didn't lose business from all the ppl that can't eat them now.

This is where they make cookies. It is a "cookie" plant. This is not a restaurant.

Perhaps the sugar ingredient in strawberry, and vanilla wafers measured is by a person or machine with a very sweet tooth, thanks to Mr. Jagmeet Singh for his dental plan.

Disgusting that they post hours of opening yet drive an hour to find store front closed!

My most recent purchase of shortbread cookies tastes like flour. Your cookies never tasted like this before, like back before you decided to sell less for the same price.
