I ordered a Dave's single with extra onion and it was honestly horrible. The beef was extremely undercooked so had to microwave it and the toppings were minimal. The burger was a soggy mess. Not sure what happened tonight because the food is usually not that bad. Also frustrating in general to receive a burger that doesn't come close to what is shown in advertisements.

Ordered two Dave’s singles late night after my shift and they weren’t even edible. Everything freezing cold, vegetables all soggy and rotten, pickle tastes like its been sitting out all day. Absolutely disgusting, worst Wendys i’ve been to.

Food is good, drive-through service is however less than desirable. They don't take orders fast enough I guess so they don't have to race against the clock. Do better. There are many other restaurants in the neighborhood to serve Burlington.

Most disgusting french fries which have been obviously refried due to the owner Mr Patel seemingly not caring whatsoever for quality that Canadians desire. Burger was horribly assembled and I had to wait 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru with no one in front of me and I just ordered one single combo.

Wendy's is Wendy's the same everywhere just different staff. Staff is good st this location. Not a huge fan of Wendy's but the wife and mother wanted to go for lunch so we popped in Food was fresh and good.
