Have always preferred Wendy’s as a fast food place. Will never be going back to this one. Trying to treat myself on the way home from work ended up paying $32 for 2 baconator combos that came with the treat of cold fries and **** flavored ice tea since apparently changing the line isn’t something the staff and ownership believe in doing here. Never eating here again.

The advertised vs reality is a constant with most fast food restaurants so no surprise on the size of the sandwich. However there is still the mystery of ordering online. Twice I tried and the staff were mystified as to where my order went. Turns out there ISNA default Door Dash in store pickup. Was Door Dash gonna pick up the order and walk it to my table free of cost. I prefer to order online because those orders get filled faster. Prove me wrong! So that's my recurring experience but: staff is great, restaurant clean and overall atmosphere is quite OK.

The wife and I tried the Wendy’s breakfast sandwich and home fries. Gave them a $3.75 tip and 45 minutes later we were nauseous and diarrhea like crazy. Thanks a lot Wendy’s. Lost a customer.

I ordered large fries (which comes to $4.95) and received a half empty large box of fries. Went back like, hey, what's the deal, I'm not paying $5 for a half portion. They threw them out and served me another half portion. Just absurd.

My order is never correct.This time I asked for cheese in my chicken burger....does not have...the fries were half full...and my daughter's kids meal had 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4.

They dont check the bags over, when you order online.I bought two burgers, received one when it arrived, called and they said nothing they can do, unless I go there myself, there was a reason I ordered delivery.Said I cannot receive any credits regarding their mistake.Very disappointed, please check delivery orders before you hand them to the driver!
This place rips people off.Order a baconator and see what you get on it. They skimp on the cheese and bacon. It supposed to be layered. Instead you get one slice of cheese and some burnt bacon crumbs. I'll make the drive down to Fairview from now on.
