Went this Saturday with my wife,niece and her 4 boys,noticed the property has been upgraded since I visited last,we mostly had baconators,plus a baked potato for me,the drink sizes surprised me,only one size,big. My niece was happy because they have Cinnabon for dessert

I came in to get my delivery order and asked if they were working on my order and they kept me waiting for 15 minutes without anybody working on my order I asked if anyone was working on my order and she rudely said you’ll get it when you get it terrible unorganized service here

I visited the Wendy’s in Burlington this past Saturday, and I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Ravneet, the cashier who took my order, was incredibly helpful—she took the time to walk us through the coupons we had and made sure we got the best value. Her patience and friendliness made the ordering process so easy.
I also want to appreciate Kelly, who I believe is the manager. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive, creating such a positive atmosphere in the restaurant. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their customers.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the wonderful staff. Great job to the Wendy’s Burlington team!

I would avoid this Wendy’s going forward! I spent 25 minutes waiting in the drive-thru, only to be given a cold meal. This was my entire break from work, wasted. On top of that, the guy at the window didn’t even say hello or apologize for the long wait. No napkins in the bag, forgot my sauces for the strips. The service was just as disappointing as the meal.
