I recently stopped by Wendy's in Burlington on a hot day when the temperature was nearly 30 degrees. I was feeling extremely thirsty, so I decided to go through the drive-thru.
The lady who served me was incredibly nice and friendly, which made my experience even better. Her positive attitude was refreshing, especially in such heat.
I appreciated the quick service and the cold drink really hit the spot! Thank you for making my day a little brighter.

Reviewing a place like Wendy’s isn’t easy because let’s face that we’ve all been to Wendy’s, right? So I’ll tell you when I like and I dislike about Wendy’s in general.
What I like : I should change that to what I love. Their drink dispenser. I love finding different combinations of flavors. It just makes the whole experience more fun and more interesting. I have walked out of a Wendy’s because they didn’t have that fancy drink dispenser and gone to one that did I like it so much. I also like their side dish options. Say what you want about their chilli, but it’s darn good. Sometimes when I’m not that hungry, I’ll just order a baked potato and a chilli and be completely satisfied. This particular time I ordered their asiago chicken spicy with a side chilli and enjoyed it. The flavours blend quite well together. Also, I never feel overly full after eating at Wendy’s. I think their portions are just right.
What I don’t like about Wendy’s: Their fries. To put that into perspective, there aren’t many fast food places where I really do like their fries. My bare minimum for liking fries is chip wagon style fries. To me anything else is bland and boring. Fortunately, I’m not stuck with ordering fries at Wendy’s as I always get the previously mentioned chili. Another negative against Wendy’s is the difference between the pictures of their food and how it actually comes out. Only Arby’s rivals Wendy’s in exaggerating the contents between two buns. Ever order the mushroom melt? Sometimes the top bun and bottom bun look like they’re touching. But not in that delicious looking photo they don’t.
With all that being said, I find the positives outweigh the negatives and I will keep coming back to Wendy’s when I feel like getting my fast fast food fix (until we get a 5 guys closer), or I just want a frosty.

I had very bad experience with this wendy ,,, they take too much time to make your food ready . Firstly, lady said 4-5 minutes wait for fries , I waited almost 25 minutes. Let’s be honest guys .

Young man on the counter was friendly and fast. The burgers seem smaller but still have a good taste to them. And you can never beat a Frosty even those are super small now, too.
Ever since their daytime mamager/supervisor left the quality of the place has gone downhill. Everytime I go for breakfast my order is wrong or something is missing. I keep coming back because I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but today takes the cake! They gave me a moudly biscuit sandwich. I'm don't with bit being able to eat my meal or enjoy it because it isn't what I ordered. Go here if you want to be constantly disappointed.

This Wendy's used to be our go to spot for a late night meal, especially living 3 minutes away. After this I will no longer be returning. The quality has been getting worse over the last year but this last order takes the cake. First waited over 20 minutes for the order to be brought out to my vehicle. Finally got it home to find the double bacon cheeseburger had only one patty and wasn't even in the burger. The lettuce in the crispy chicken wrap was so old and soggy it made it inedible. The poutine had no gravy on it, only cheese curds. Lastly the two frosties were so melted, chicken broth had a thicker consistency. I feel like I just wasted $30 for nothing.

The Dave's double was tasty.
I also ordered an apple pecan salad, the lettuce was wilted and tasted off, the chicken looked low quality and tasted like it. Was not able to eat it.

Worse hamburger ever!!!! Ordered a cheesy cheeseburger, cheeseburger was cold even the cheese did not melt. Meat around the edges was so dried out, it was like eating a hockey puck. Not to mention the extra cheese that was suppose to be on it. It looked like someone took a butter knife and scraped it across the bun. I requested a receipt and that was mission impossible. Never ever will I go to this location!!!
