Worst wendys ive ever been too. Didnt think it was hard to mess up food like this but staff was dissing with the effort.

Horrible customer service, pop machine wasent working so when I was asking for an alternative the lady was trying to charge me extra for any other drink. The proper thing to do was to let me pick another drink without an extra charge for the inconvenience since the pop machine wasent available. I am not going back to this location.

Well maintained and managed Wendys in Burlington. Large car park and drive through. I went there about 8pm and the service was good.

The Wendy does get quite crowded during the highschool break time, it takes quite a decent amount of time for the food to be made but it tastes good and quality. During non highschool break time hours it's quite empty and the food takes a bit less time to be made, other than that good restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: The staff are kind and respect everyone no matter who is ordering.

Advertise that they’re open until midnight and it’s twice now I’ve visited at 10:45pm and they’ve been closed both times. Update your hours of operation!
