I stopped at this Wendy’s recently and was really disappointed with the service. The lady with dark hair at the counter was curt and not very friendly when I was trying to place my order. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable. Customer service could definitely be improved here.

I’ll give them a four star. The food was fresh, burger was nice and hot. The meat was juicy, and the bun was soft. The drink was just right not flat at all. The only downside was the staff could’ve been a bit more friendly. Maybe was a of day ☺️

Wow, this Wendy's is like stepping into the past. This place still has the original look of Wendy's, and I hope they never change it. The food was good and so was the service. I do not live in the area, but if this would be my go-to Wendy's.

They sold me a frosty knowing they had no spoons. I know this because when I asked for one, they said they didn't have any. But you are okay with selling a product that people can not enjoy. When I asked for my buck back, they asked for the product back. After i showed them i had taken off the lid already, the lady didn't care and demanded the product back. They had no issue taking my money for a product I couldn't enjoy, but... Good luck there.
