The woman that took my order told me she was one of the managers when I asked for the manager.
This person should stay away from any job that forces her to deal with people
I have never met a more discourteous and uninterested server/manager. Perhaps because she is a senior and she is upset that she still has to work is the reason for her attitude. Whatever it is she should not be in this industry.
Do not go here pick another Wendy's

Service is so bad i asked for one thing and i paid for it, then the workers in another language spoke and said they didnt have one thing and to just substitute it. Very rude service, and when i pointed out that i can understand them they just laughed. Also workers arent aware of promotions posted on the outside window. There is a nice gentleman that i saw the first time but everytime after has been disappointing.

Didn’t give me all the items ordered. Manager Areena (infamous older lady with short hair) was quite rude and refused to make things right (in other words give me what I paid for). Had to escalate to customer service. Seems like everyone is complaining about her.

Went thru drivethru ordered my food the fries were soggy and cold i ask for new fries all of a sudden i got attitude from the employee i told him i didn’t want them anymore he told me they’ll be ready a min 30 move ahead firmly like im a child.. i just left i didnt eat my other food what a turn off.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. One of the staff members, an older lady with short hair, was quite rude and showed a lot of unnecessary attitude. Her behavior made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope the management takes note and works on improving customer service.
