Careless, slow staff, and terrible food. We waited with my partner for a breakfast wrap and sandwich. It took about ten minutes, which is completely fine, but considering the results of our order, it's upsetting. The breakfast sandwich was just a slice of cold cheese with bacon on dry bread as well as the wrap, cold tortilla, and cheese and not even wrapped. It completely falls apart as soon as you open it.
Sick and tired of Ontario's food industry with their careless, lazy, and unpolite employees. Do better.

The food was acceptable the staff preparing the food were excellent and friendly. But the older lady with red hair that took my order was horrible did not say hi by or anything. Even when I said good afternoon I got a look like kiss my a$$ totally ignorant

Ordered a combo at drive thru, and it was wrong. I went back and the older manager had a disgusted look on her face then DEMANDS I give her my food back so she can look for proof!! after checking it all with her bare hands and wrapper (opening my sandwich and picking threw it) she gives it back to me. Absolutely disgusting, do better management.

Can never get the order right.

Added Oct 11: I have sent an email like 2 weeks ago and never got a response. I also tried sending another one a couple days ago.. and your search engine wouldn't let me select a store. :(

Took a while to even acknowledge and confirm that I was there for mobile order pickup. My order wasn't made until a few walk-in orders and I'm absolutely sure I placed the order before the walk-ins.

Don't feel welcomed at all when we do the drive thru. Been twice thought it was a one off but no it happened again. Not a thank you or have a nice day. Unfortunately I won't be back.

Drive thru does not get the order right a majority of the time. If you go to the drive thru, make sure you speak clearly and ask them to repeat the order before you proceed to the window and check your order. I'm actually interested in the statistics of this. It has only been correct 1 out of the last 5 times we've gone. I have even simplified the order to attempt to avoid errors, and it isn't even complicated. We go weekly after swim lessons. I have emailed the corporate office. I will report again next week, ha! I'm invested. I will also update my review if this process is improved.

Have ordered here a few times for breakfast after work, I work night shift, I place my order it usually take 10 mins to get it which is fine as they are usually just opening but this morning was a shocker. I saw an older lady grab my hashbrowns out of a fryer basket and then take them and microwave them!!!! I’ve had her a few times before and she is just miserable! Once she missed my drink so I knocked on the window and made me feel like it was my fault

This Wendys has come a long way. Other than the older lady manager (absolutely miserable everytime I go); i’d recommend . Usually fast, not always but thats expected. The older lady Manager/ side window cashier needs an attitude adjustment. Per comments, i see i’m not the only one that has noticed this person. She’s not racist as some mentioned; just miserable - food is great. Stop by; just ignore the attitude of the one older lady manager. Mostly great, fast service. Stop by !

I stopped by September, 4,2024 around 9pm

This Wendy’s used to be amazing! They had the best staff and amazing food.

Now it’s all gone down hill. I ordered a large fry well done with a cheese sauce. I saw the woman in the window put old fries into the fry cup. not well done, they are soggy and gross. And there is barely any cheese sauce in the cup.

I also ordered a JBC burger build, on a premium bun no tomato, it was on the right bun, but it only had mayo and lettuce when I asked for burger build.

The customer service was horrible. no greeting, just told me how much my order was, passed me my food and didn’t even say “have a good night”.

There are a couple staff at this location that are absolutely amazing. But the three people working tonight were horrible.

The manager that works at this location (whose name tag wasn’t on) looks about 60/70 years old with a little boys haircut, red head. One of the worst attitudes of a manager I’ve ever met. Not very polite and miserable to talk to. Her attitude is miserable
