The food, as usual, was excellent — fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I always appreciate the quality and consistency at this location.

However, I did want to share some honest feedback about the service during my recent visit on *Sunday, December 14th at 12:04 PM* (Order #2026). Unfortunately, the service at the front counter was disappointing. The cashier seemed disengaged and unwelcoming — no greeting, no interaction, and no communication throughout the ordering process. After I placed my order, I was left standing in silence until I noticed the payment terminal on my own. Not a single word was exchanged.

I understand that everyone can have a tough day, and perhaps that was the case here. Still, it’s important to recognize that customer experience plays a big role — especially when the food is this good.

I’m sharing this as an opportunity for management to support and help the staff so future customers feel more welcomed and comfortable. With great food and improved service, this location can truly stand out.

NEVER GO HERE, rudest workers i have ever seen and they dont even know their own menu, the lady gave me a dirty look and sighed when all i wanted was a sandwich and a coffee like what?? Thats literally your job and your giving customers attitude, fix your staff, thats unacceptable

The woman that took my order told me she was one of the managers when I asked for the manager.
This person should stay away from any job that forces her to deal with people
I have never met a more discourteous and uninterested server/manager. Perhaps because she is a senior and she is upset that she still has to work is the reason for her attitude. Whatever it is she should not be in this industry.
Do not go here pick another Wendy's
