Probably the best Wendy's in Burlington. We'll organised, even when busy, the wait went quickly and food was better than other locations.b

just before 9am im the only customer in the store and i needed to use the washroom -and i did. the first washroom was in a disgusting state so i used the other. of course i locked the door upon entering. maybe 3 mins later the staff member shakes the door and realizes its locked then 30 seconds later shakes harder and more violently. now ...i understand this job doesnt require a degree in engineering but it doesnt take a doctorate to figure out if the door is locked the washroom is in use. now i assume the staff member wanted to clean the washroom and i understand that HOWEVER i was actively using it and the only other washroom was disgusting. toilet paper and water bottles on the floor, floor had been urinated on and the sink was a mess. instead of attending to the washroom she decided to continue harassing me by violently shaking the door handle every 30 seconds until i left. when i finally exited she was surprised to see there was someone in the washroom like the idea hadnt even crossed her mind that someone could be in the LOCKED washroom. i didnt say anything to the staff member because i wouldve made her cry as i cannot fathom the level of brain inactivity required to be so dumbfounded by this. if she cant even figure that out im genuinely concerned for how food is prepared here and also concerned with how well shes cleaning the kitchen equipment ...

Very small location. The kitchen staff messed up my uncle’s order three time. But they quickly corrected it and gave him extra burgers.
The garbage can suggested recycling but there was no bin for it.

I recently visited the Wendy's on Appleby Line and had a great experience! I really needed to use the washroom, and I was relieved to find it clean and well-maintained.

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Burger, and it was fantastic! Perfect for spicy lovers—just the right amount of heat and flavor. The service was impressively fast, which I truly appreciated.

Overall, a wonderful visit. I’ll definitely be back!

I witnessed an upsetting situation at this Wendy’s. A young Black boy ordered a kids meal, which comes with a drink or a Frosty. He originally asked for a Frosty but later politely changed his mind and requested a drink instead. He poured the drink into his water bottle, and despite following what should be allowed with a kids meal, he was told he could no longer order from there. It felt unfair and disrespectful. Very disappointing experience — don’t come here

I saw something at this Wendy’s that really bothered me. A young Black boy ordered a kids meal, which comes with a Frosty or a drink. He first asked for a Frosty, then politely changed his mind and asked for a drink instead. He poured it into his water bottle, and for some reason, the staff told him he wasn’t allowed to come back. He didn’t do anything wrong, and the way they treated him was completely out of line. I would never bring my kids here after seeing how they treat young people.

I was at this Wendy’s when I saw a young Black boy get kicked out over something that didn’t make sense. He ordered a kids meal, which comes with a drink or a Frosty. He asked for a Frosty at first, but changed his mind and asked for a drink instead. He poured it into his own water bottle, and the staff acted like he was doing something wrong. They told him not to come back. It felt unfair and unnecessary. The way he was treated was uncalled for, and I don’t feel comfortable supporting a place that handles situations like that.

I saw a black boy getting kickout from Wendy’s because he order a kids meal then he asked for a frosty then he said he didn’t want the frosty so he asked for a drink then he put it in his water bottle cause kids meal come with drink or frosty and he change his mind to get a drink not a frosty so . Then now he’s not allowed to order it from there anymore. Don’t come here. So disrespectful.

My son went to the drive thru to pick us up dinner. He ordered two double combos and a chicken sandwich. When he got home one entire combo was missing! And he specifically asked for no mayo or tomato on his chicken sandwich. They of course put lots of mayo and tomatoes on the sandwich so he threw out most of it.

He even had the drive thru person repeat the order back to him as he felt as though they were rushed and not listening. Turns out he was correct. He had plans after dinner and was not able to go back to this Wendy’s to complain and did not get a receipt.

Prices also ridiculously exorbitant if you don’t have coupons.

Terrible customer service and the food wasn’t that great either. Will not return and cannot recommend this Wendy’s.

Ordered chicken strips via drive through and clearly was not freshly made. Far too fast and I should checked before leaving. Soggy. Next time I will go in and request fresh made, which typically takes 7 mins.

The employee working at the drive thru was rude. This is the second time this week being served by her and she has the same unprofessional attitude. Please kindly train her on how to be respectful towards the customers.
