I was at the drive thru, I was ordering my child a kids meal and asked them to take off ketchup as he doesn’t like it but added other condiments and asked for fried no salt and the drink with no ice, and asked to just take off the toy as my son didn’t want it! and the man was trying to charge me for a bigger meal at more money and I was telling him I order this for my son here all the time, he told me NO he is charging me for the bigger meal because I wanted mustard and mayo!!! Then proceeded to scream GET AWAY and slammed the window on me!! I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to support this business if I could give it zero stars I would I will be contacting head office as well!!

Love this place, staff are super nice, place is pretty clean, food is quick and tasty. There also super nice to kids and teenagers, they let me order from the drive thru with no car when the drive thru was the only thing open at the time.

The flys in the dining room were annoying. I ordered a French toast & sticks and chicken strip combo. I couldn’t avoid the smell and taste of old fryer grease, it was off putting.I love Wendy’s, just had a bad experience at this location today.

I have been to the store few times and they keep making my order wrong.
The app was giving me issues on my mobile phone. It seems a bit glitchy in my opinion.When I asked the teller for help, with no one else in the restaurant they said they couldn't help me and I had to figure it out to get my order. Took me a few minutes to finalize the transaction. Seems like a waste of time to slow down a fast food transaction.
