My experience at Willam’s cafe on Brant street was very enjoyable. The customer service was impeccable and the staff are all very lovely. The food is very fresh and it’s a great environment for studying and a quick bite!

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Williams, and this location is no exception. Their waffles are great value in my opinion. My wife, our 9-month-old baby, and I visited this Williams on June 1st around noon. It was fairly busy when we arrived, so I was prepared for a 30-minute wait. To our pleasant surprise, our food (a sandwich, a waffle, and two drinks) arrived within 10 to 15 minutes. We were genuinely impressed by the team’s operational efficiency. I also had a brief chat with the lady at the front, who mentioned that she and her husband took over ownership last November. She was incredibly friendly and approachable, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this for their waffles and the excellent service.

Ordered a medium hot chocolate tonight. Got home took the lid off and it's not even half full. Whoever the lady was who made this should be fired. Will never come back to this location again. Thanks for ruining my night.

I love this place. It was my second visit last evening and it helped me so much to remain focused on what I intended to do. Perfect kind of cappuccino, very gentle service and a very demure music for a fall evening to complete a task. Friday done perfectly well!
