i went to Williams the other day and i was treated so poorly by the short gray hair women ( fran i believe.) She charged my boyfriend for water who does that hello? it’s water. then i didn’t like my drink because it was made incorrectly im lactose which i mentioned and it contained milk. i explained that to her and she gave me so much attitude and disrespect that i felt bad for being lactose. no one should make their guests feel that way. never will i come here again as i see this is a trend. williams headquarters if your seeing this remove this manager immediately, she clearly treats her guests terribly and sadly her employees.

TLDR: rough service asking for a remade drink. Would suggest anyone with anxiety tries somewhere elseHad a terrible experience this week! Made a pickup order for a couple coffees, one a black iced americano that tasted like the espresso had burned or the machine needed cleaning. I went back in to explain and the employee (white woman with white/silver hair) saw me coming in holding the drink and seemed confused and annoyed. I explained the situation and she looked at me like I was an idiot and said “There’s no sugar in it.” I agreed and she asked “so what could have burned?” I tried suggesting that the espresso may have burned and she told me they’ve been making the coffee all day. I think I had a stunned and confused look because she then said “If you want me to make you a new one I can but it’ll be the same and you can taste it and tell me if it’s different“ I felt entirely embarrassed. I said ok and she scoffed and went to make another drink. It took maybe a minute. She placed it down and said “Try that, I did nothing different “ It tasted slightly better, so I said that and she kind of threw her arms up and was like “well I don’t know”. I thanked her and told her to have a nice day then left.

Old white lady was incredibly rude. All the other servers were amazing but her. This is the second time I’ve come here and she’s been extremely rude.

Sitting in williams today I was served by a young guy who seemed new. He was doing a great job being attentive to his customers. Later on he was talking to a table of ladies who appeared to be enjoying his company for what appeared to be about 1 minute. All of a sudden this older lady who seems like the boss comes out and interrupted him while he was talking to his customers and says "Corey, the bell just rang" (the order up bell) in one hell of a rude tone, as such he was forced to say goodbye and sorry to these ladies and run the food. There was alot of people already standing around. I've been in the service industry a long time and this is absolutely terrible management skills. If was was screwing around that's one thing but to be interrupted when connecting with customers is horrible. I hope this place sees new management soon and I feel sorry for people having to work with these types of people.(Update) someone made a small error which forced the server to make a small detour when delivering food. Apparently it was a mixed up order number. The old lady acted like it was the end of the world. "you guys need to pay attention" and got angry with them. The food made it to the right table and everything was fine. Lady if you are reading this you need to be a little more understanding with these kids. You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourself.

Staff are great except for the manager. We didn't know that london fog and chai lattes are now made with a sweet sugar syrup instead of tea. We couldn't drink it and when we told the manager she said that's the way it is and just leave it on your table. End of story. !

Overpriced tiny $12 blt sandwich. The service staff brought me the wrong one. Blamed me for ordering wrong … even though the girl at the register spoke poor English. Manager finally gave me the right sandwich with a large side of attitude.

The rudest service I’ve ever received. Ordered an unsweetened matcha and after the first sip I had to ask for it to be remade as I could tell it had sugar. The young ladies making the drinks were very sweet and realized the matcha powder was already made with sugar and so I asked if I could change my drink instead. The girls seemed to have no problem but the old woman with white hair had the WORST attitude ever, going on about how ridiculous it was to ask for a matcha unsweetened and acted as if changing the drink was a big deal even though I had already paid. No fault to the young ladies but the old one should not be in hospitality! If someone is diabetic and can’t have a drink with sugar they shouldn’t have to hear her complain about it to other coworkers infront of them. Feel bad for any customers or employees they have to deal with her kind of attitude
