The chicken shawarma on saj at Zesty is fresh and flavorful, with tender chicken wrapped in soft, slightly crispy bread. The seasoning is decent but could use more depth—adding cumin, coriander, or smoked paprika would enhance the flavor. The garlic sauce is creamy but could benefit from a stronger garlic punch. Overall, it's a solid shawarma, but more intensity in the seasoning and a touch of heat would improve it.
