“Just wanted to share an amazing experience at Jive Fest 2024. What a pleasure to see people of all ages enjoying the relaxing atmosphere at Sonnen Hill. There is no better place to get out of the city, grab a picnic table, enjoy great craft beer, and play some bocce ball or washer toss with friends and family. Seeing young families relaxing and enjoying a pint, while their kids burn off steam playing cornhole or catch, was so refreshing. What a great place for families to relax at the end of a busy week. Sonnen Hill is the hidden treasure of Caledon!”

“I’ve been a few times and the food is ALWAYS fantastic! My critique is on the cleanliness of the restaurant. First off the table cloth was dirty this last time but whatever. The worst was when I was standing outside the restroom waiting my turn, I was looking at my surroundings and the wall that backs on to the kitchen was filthy and the sliding door for the kitchen had dust webs hanging above there. While in the restroom, right in front of the toilet in the corner was the garbage can and a very dusty & dirty looking fake flower arrangement. But then u look down and it is so dirty and dusty on the floor all around the flowers and garbage can. I couldn’t believe that it was so dirty. I can’t help but wonder now how clean is the kitchen?? Still love the food but I don’t think I’d eat in there anymore, just do takeout! I really hope they take the care to clean up a bit.”

“My husband and I moved close to Orangeville from Toronto a little over a year ago. We had tried a few restaurants, and then we found The Bluebird Cafe and Grill. I remember the very first time we ate there, not only was the food unbelievably amazing- we were also told, "Welcome to the family." And they meant it. We've been going there twice a month ever since. The owners come by and check in with their guests, and we love all the staff (especially Sam xo). The meals are exceptional, and also affordable - which is a rare and lovely combo. So grateful we found The Bluebird.”

“Sadly missed the Prime Rib dinner ,But had the Foxyman dinner, was very good, two minor issues , veggies were hard and under cooked, and the meal was large, and plate cooled down dinner to quickly sadly. Jessica K was awesome waitress, very good . Just found the over all volume a bit overwhelming., but enjoyed our meal thankyou.”

“Tonight I went to Goodlot. I don't drink alcohol but went with a group of friends. They had a non alcoholic cider that was delicious. The ambiance was fabulous totally chill and friendly. There were games for kids or adults to play. Chickens wandering around. Live music and a Polish food truck that was excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed myself and definitely will go again.”
