Worst service ever was in the drive thru for 15 mins reversed and went into to store nobody acknowledged that I was there. Waited another 5 mins . Left the store as I had to pick up my kids. I am so disappointed with the customer service at this location it’s not the first time. Will not recommend this location to anyone it’s like begging for a meal.

This location rarely has the promotional menu options available, the service is slow and the menu prices keep changing. Dozens of my coworkers have experienced the same things. There’s a McDonald’s up the road and several other options in the same plaza - be smart about your business if you want to keep making money. Its not long till the warehouses completely move on.

Burger King is my favorite. But at this location, I am disappointed. I paid $17 for a combo. The poutine was very salty. Wifi though I am told it was available before placing the order. After payment I am told it's not working.

First time at this location, and it was not a pleasant experience. I was there when they first opened on New years Eve, two others arrived after me in the drive-through, and I was told to wait and park by the door since they had just opened. I waited 15 minutes for 1 double whopper combo. After waiting for so long and then seeing two others in the drive through receiving their food before any of the ones that first ordered, this is unacceptable. I had to go inside, and my order still wasn't ready, and i was proceeded with an excuse that one fryer was down. If that was the case, fine, but that does not excuse people waiting longer than others arriving after them to receive their food People who have been waiting for a long period of time who placed their order before others should be served first. GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT.

I didn't order hash browns, but got them anyway. When I asked them to make them well done, she put them in the microwave for a couple of seconds. They weren't even hot, let alone crispy.

Ordered a whopper meal. Fries were cold and tastes bad. Meat in burger was not even warm. Really bad burger king location. Never going there again.
Worst location.! I ever visit. I have free coupon meal which will expire on December end. But this location refused to accept this coupon by saying. This store doesn’t come under Redberry chain.

my concern wasn't the food or service , more with cleanliness and food safety hygiene. The gentleman preparing my food had a huge beard and no beard net (standard food safety ) .Also at that moment I was the only customer in the store , one staffer on break , 3 standing around , yet there was highly visible debris on the counter and on the floor in the seating area in front of counter . I find the don't care attitude to be the general malaise in the food service industry .

Went here a few times for lunch while working order a big king combo with fries and a drink both times I was very impressed and happy with how great the food tasted and staff were polite not to many chains these days keep up with high standards. I can tell this location is excellently managed and staff is in point keep up the great work ? ? ?
