First time at this location, and it was not a pleasant experience. I was there when they first opened on New years Eve, two others arrived after me in the drive-through, and I was told to wait and park by the door since they had just opened. I waited 15 minutes for 1 double whopper combo. my concern wasn't the food or service , more with cleanliness and food safety hygiene. The gentleman preparing my food had a huge beard and no beard net (standard food safety ) .Also at that moment I was the only customer in the store , one staffer on break , 3 standing around , yet there was highly visible debris on the counter and on the floor in the seating area in front of counter . I find the don't care attitude to be the general malaise in the food service industry .

Burger King is my favorite. But at this location, I am disappointed. I paid $17 for a combo. The poutine was very salty. Wifi though I am told it was available before placing the order. After payment I am told it's not working.
