Happened upon this food truck while passing through Caledonia. I had the chicken quesadilla with hot sauce. It was super fresh and flavourful! The hot sauce was smoky and had a great kick! Nice job, Chapas crew!
Had Carnitas taco and Asada. These reviews are legit. Carnitas crazy good. Decent guys too, Gave me some tips for home cook. Highly reccomend. Haven't had a taco like that since on the streets of South Central LA keep it up!
