The driver left our food on the floor, call us from a spam number so we didn’t answer because it said spam the guard told him to bring it up to the door so he took the food and left. Now no one can get in touch with the store and he ruined my kids graduation party. We will never order from dominoes again
Used to order several times a week, now I almost never do because you overcharge FAR too much. $7 for a "Delivery fee" that doesn't go to a driver but goes to your corporate instead? Screw you. You barely take phone orders, everything goes through your site or app and you STILL charge more than ever before. No thanks.
I rarely get to order pizza, not in my budget. Anytime I do, it's always Dominos and it has always been hot and delicious. I was really disappointed yesterday. Using their tracker, I could see when the order was 'out for delivery.' Driver didn't leave for over 10 minutes. Figured he was waiting for another order. Instead of delivering mine first, he went to the other delivery first, so my order was barely warm and the pizza itself was definitely not up to Domino's standard. Driver...read full review
