Need to be a bit more on the ball with manners and more aware that they are in customer service. They may be young, but we once were too, and there was no excuse for us. I also think that customers need to be more aware of their actions as well. I ordered a coffee with milk and got cream instead. Ashton took my order a few days ago, and I have to give recognition when recognition is due. He was amazing, every time I go to walk inside the store he starts my order before i even get up to the register, and it makes me very happy to dine here knowing I'm recognized and taken care of well. He's what a worker should be!
