Lots of old folk go here too for breakfast I've noticed, weekend crew probably sucks lol

Went in today at the Cambridge Centre location got a mama burger with some fries and a iced tea, excellent service from Nathan. We went above and beyond to make sure i was more than satisfied. Would go again just for his customer service.

The manager here is doing a piss poor job at training their employees on how to make a poutine. Cheese was solid cold and gravy was runny like water. It's poutine ffs one of the simplest items on their menu.

Been coming here for a while during weekdays and never had any issues however visited on September 9th a Saturday and was not impressed. Seemed like teenagers were left in charge and they didn’t show any care or attention for the customers. When I have to ask for straws that’s an issue. My Mum’s onions rings were a complete joke. Cooked and recooked. Burgers were completely over dressed and tasteless. I usually love coming here cause of how fresh the food is. Today’s visit was very disappointing and I hope the manager speaks to the teenagers who were working that day and teach them a lesson about customer service. I was shocked by there behaviour today. Telling jokes between the group of them while people were waiting for food. A complete lack of care. Very disappointing today.

The front counter person was super. Amazing and understanding. But the manager was rude and didn’t understand the substitution of BACON (more expensive) to mozzarella cheese (less expensive). As someone that does have food restrictions I watched my friend order first and have the most tough experience trying to get that completed. And I abandoned. Paid full price and didn’t get what we ordered. Rude service from management. And and long wait timesDietary restrictions: Not accommodating.

The manager at the Cambridge Center location clearly doesn't know how to run a burger place. I asked to substitute my bacon for an extra slice of cheese since I don't eat pork and the cook offered me bacon on the side and refused to give me the extra slice of cheese. When I confronted her she said she would have to charge me extra for that. Cheese doesn't even cost as much as bacon, and no other location I've been to has been this incompetent for a basic substitutionDietary restrictions: They don't know what they're doing here

Do not buy sausage and egger English muffin from this location. When I got it after them giving me wrong order, it was soaked and dripping grease, disgusting waste of money.

Asked for no mayo in sandwich but spicy, ended with no sauce at all, asked for wrap hold bacon but got wrap plain, nothing on it. Asked for poutine got fries but charged for poutine. How can someone messed up whole order?
Waited in front of the counter and watched 2 employees ignore the line up for 5-10 minutes. A food court restaurant should not have skip the dishes affiliation when there are people waiting to be served. Especially when there is a restaurant down the street able to do that.

The two young ladies working there today during lunch rush are absolute champs. The place was swamped, and they still kept up with the orders, even despite being yelled at by some red-faced idiot all upset about wanting a root beer. Great job, ladies! Keep it up!
