Went in today at the Cambridge Centre location got a mama burger with some fries and a iced tea, excellent service from Nathan. We went above and beyond to make sure i was more than satisfied. Would go again just for his customer service.
The front counter person was super. Amazing and understanding. But the manager was rude and didn’t understand the substitution of BACON (more expensive) to mozzarella cheese (less expensive). As someone that does have food restrictions I watched my friend order first and have the most tough experience trying to get that completed. And I abandoned.
