I’m sorry but $20 for this joke is unacceptable, boycott these fast foods overcharging!

I went to the drive thru last night around 11pm. Before placing the order the crew did let me know that it's going to be a 15 minute wait to prepare the food and they will take my order shortly.I wait for 10 minutes before my order is taken. I had ordered a Spicy Piri piri veggie combo, with some customization to the sandwich. After 15 minutes of waiting I got my food and headed home just to realize later on that the sandwich was made regular with no customization which I had asked for. I tried calling the store 6 times out of which 5 times nobody answered and once the call was picked and they hung up. So I had to drive back to the store again and I let them know at the speaker about the issue. The girl at the window was very rude about the whole scenario. She handed me my sandwich and shut the window close and i still waited there because it had been almost 30 minutes since i received my food at first place and now that my fries were also cold. I asked her if she could replace the fries since they were cold and instead of apologizing even once for this inconvenience the girl just started arguing and later on after another 5-7 minute delay give me a bag of fries.Long story short, this was the worst experience i have had so far at a fast food restaurant, usually if there is an issue due to the negligence on part of the store, the store does try to fix the issue and make up for the inconvenience but here the crew person was not even apologetic about the issue and did not handle the situation professionally.I hope you guys look into it and talk to the concerned crew person because this is not good for business and gives a bad experience to the customers.

Their chicken burger gave me and my husband the worst food poisoning ever. We barely eat out and when we are feeling like having a burger we always like to get AW we have never had food poisoning this bad ever. This location is not worth it. The chicken wasn’t undercooked so it was probably left out for a long time or cross contaminated ? we also waited forever for our order. Just wish I had eaten at home ruined my weekend now we have food poisoning while taking care of a toddler thank god I didn’t feed my toddler this food… smh ?♀️

Never had a problem with this establishment, but the last time ordering already severely over priced chicken straps, they had to have been cooked many hour's before.Only one time though, don't go to often but still a good restaurant.
Breakfast is great and always fresh. Wish they didn't change the hash brown though, I like the square one they had better but, it's still good.

I ordered chicken strips and fries, and although I was informed about a 5-minute wait, I didn't mind it, as it likely meant that my order would be freshly prepared. However, the fries were not warm, which was a bit disappointing.
Good tasting food and service just lacking on the onion rings lately, always mushed and falling apart.

As a walk in customer I did not apprecite waiting over 25 min for my takeout order. Drive thru customers were all served before me when I had my order in before all of them. It wasnt until I spoke up and then received my order another 5 min later.Parking: Around 20 spotsKid-friendliness: High chair and kid meals
