I have come to Canada from the UK for a business meeting, and came across Cambridge pizza so I thought I’d give it a try. When I entered the shop, I was greeted with the most amazing customer service, the staff there made me feel extremely welcome to not only the shop but also to their country and I felt very happy. Had some great pizza for lunch, I thought the crust was very good. Seemed to be nice people there. I recommend.
If I could rate this Pizza Shop a ZERO I would. Absolutely horrible service. Pizza was wrong, person answering the phone called me a liar. I order a pizza almost every Saturday at work and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. Do NOT recommend Cambridge Pizza. Their pictures aren't accurate either. One picture has them pulling a pizza out of a firestone over...not true. Definitely will not be going back. Not with all the other great pizza joints in the area.
