We were a group that tried almost one of everything on the menu. Escargot, Caesar Salad, Lamb, Duck, Coq au vin, Scallops, a beautiful French wine and to finish Creme Brulee, Coffee and Cognac. It was all so good. The flavours were out of this world. And the service couldn't be better. I wish I remembered the name of the lady that served us. She was very well informed and very attentive. Our compliments to the chef for some amazing food.
What an unexpected disappointment! We were on a Tour de Gastronomie in Galt: A four-course dinner, each course with cocktails at a different establishment, our way of helping the local economy. We were initially inspired by the table settings: linen on linen with three-course cutlery and a wine glass. We were impressed with having been brought to a table by a mature waiter, not a teenager.
