First time. Was there at 1145 to get lunch for mother's day. Delicious, friendly, quality. I am now a fan of firehouse and they will be on my, go to list. Thanks, Hespeler Rd team!
This is the 3rd time I've been here & waitied over 25mins for 1 sub. They don't have enough staff. One guy doing the cash, phone, pickups, skip the dishes. You wait in line while they tend to the phones. I know the staff are doing their best. Spring for some more staff. I won't be coming back. 3 times dealing with this is too many.
