Absolutely no customer service. Online order missing item and after numerous emails AABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! BEWARE food is not as it looks online and full of fillers like rice etc. and is very tasteless. Owner hamza is very very rude, responded nice before he had our money and then no response when they messed up! If this is how they treat their customers they do not deserve our business. There are so many other places to order who do appreciate their customer.
Amazing food for everyone! Start here if you are interested to know how tasty healthy vegan food can be! Nook also has amazing juices and sauces (including the best plant based sour cream I've ever had) you can order online by the bottle/jar.
Nook is also very eco friendly and all packaging is either recyclable or compostable. They even have their own bottle return credit system for their juices!!
