I walked in with my hubby after 5pm, 2 customers being helped no big issue. We waited 5 minutes, still nothing. We decided to order on their kiosks, didn't work. We stood in line another 5-10 minutes while 5 workers stood around all backs turned to us. Took advantage of a coupon and enjoyed a Dave’s Single Cheeseburger combo. Was pleased they still let you substitute a side Caesar salad for fries. Companion used their app offer and got a free chili and it was quite tasty! Needed cheese and sour cream, but we were pleasantly surprised at how good their chili is as looked pretty watery when lid was taken off the container.
