Pretty busy location, very quick drive-thru, which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. They do not often mess up orders and have a very good, friendly staff. They have horrible lighting and no visible open sign, so when you drive by, they look closed, but they are open late!

Food is always great at this Wendy's. However, if you go during busy hours, expect to be waiting alot longer than your usual fast food places.

I order a spicy chicken fillet combo and got a plain chicken fillet with just a bun. Iwent through the drive thru with my family and didn't notice till I got home. When I got home and called.they didn't even try to resolve this. The first word was you order a spicy chicken plain. Which wasn't the case. And they continued to say plain over and over. No impressed. Your cashiers that work drive thru should be paying more attention to watch people instead of talking with each other while working.

I walked in with my hubby after 5pm, 2 customers being helped no big issue. We waited 5 minutes, still nothing. We decided to order on their kiosks, didn't work. We stood in line another 5-10 minutes while 5 workers stood around all backs turned to us. One guy wearing a red visor looked at us smiled and turned back around.I used to work here while Vanda was the GM, Mike, Devon and Damien were all management and we were trained to acknowledge everyone that came in. Sadly that the values taught to me 7 years ago has completely went down the toilet. If that isn't bad, as soon as we were walking out a international student was helped no problem.Sick and tired of the lack luster service in our restaurants these days. If you don't want to acknowledge essentially the customers who are giving you a portion of your paycheck, maybe re think the choice for a job.

Took advantage of a coupon and enjoyed a Dave’s Single Cheeseburger combo. Was pleased they still let you substitute a side Caesar salad for fries. Companion used their app offer and got a free chili and it was quite tasty! Needed cheese and sour cream, but we were pleasantly surprised at how good their chili is as looked pretty watery when lid was taken off the container. Suggest you get the app, scan it for rewards when you order to get offers, and take advantage of the free sandwich offer by doing the survey.

After a few years of not visiting a Wendy's I thought I'd fill a craving and grab a Jr Cheeseburger.$3 later and I have a drive-through meal.First bite; large piece of plastic cooked right into my burger. Gross.I pulled over and went into the store. I showed the nice lady at the front the wet soggy plastic.She went to talk to someone who (without looking) said it was normal and part of the onion. After realizing I could obviously hear them speaking AND then actually validating that it was hot plastic, I was offered my $3 back.Sorry Wendy's but as a food services operation I'd expect more than some quick customer blame and then a bare min refund response. How about a frosty for your trouble? Hey sorry you had to experience that. We'll try harder. Please give us another shot to earn your business next time.It's your core business. Step it up guys. I spent more time writing this than you did dealing with it.

I just don't understand how you're closed at 11 pm on a weekend especially for drive thru. Need to fix that and do better. I'd say I got something to eat but it looks as if they don't want that late night market segment.
