“Twice we ordered our dinner in the week we were in town. We tried the haddock, pickerel and halibut and the plain and seasoned fries. FANTASTIC! Not greasy, fish was nice and flaky, and the seasoned fries were great! We feel it was the best fish and chips we have had in years and we will definately be return customers. SC’s review said it right it is a hidden gem indeed! The staff is really friendly and you have many types of fish to choose from. Please try them and get an order of the seasoned fries, they are great! Enjoy“

“Portion was a tad smaller than I thought but that's on me. Our server, Madelynne was phenomenal, her attention to our needs and suggestions for desert were on point and her bubbly personality was very energizing for sure. Atmosphere was pretty good too, not overly loud and very clean. All in all we were very impressed with our dining experience. But most of all Madelynne made the experience all the better“

“Zoup is a great spot for a cozy soup and sandwich meal. The Loaded Potato Soup was delicious — rich, flavorful, and definitely the highlight. The Wedding Soup was decent, though not quite the traditional Italian version I was expecting.

The only thing that could use improvement is the ordering system. It’s a bit confusing since there isn’t a clear flow — people end up cutting ahead or ordering in different spots. It would be much smoother if there was one clear place to order/sample at the same time , and then pay.

Also noticed they’ve changed their bread type and portion — I personally preferred the old version.

“I’ve been going here since I was a homunculus. Back when I was a little fat kid I could crush a whole XL pizza and have room for desert. But I digress, the staff were incredibly kind and professional. This is the single greatest pizza chain I’ve ever been too. Enough said.“

“We live to a closer location but the queen street location is our go to on pizza nights . This location always makes the best pizza , great amount of toppings , never burnt and never too greasy. Customer service has always been amazing. Everytime I go in the lady calls me by my name, which in my opinion shows appreciation for my business as there are tons of people who order from here. Will always be a returning customer at this location.“

“I was there for first time and the food they served was so delecious. I have never had a pizza with such fresh dough in Canada so far. Wings was cooked perfectly and all sauces were just awesome. We also order mac and cheese absulately stand out dish. Server was very attentive and so was her service.“
