This will be the first and last time I order from here. I am a local here in West Galt. How dissapointing! I ordered the vef tempera roll and it was missing several items that it is supposed to come with: no avacodo, no soy sauce, no green onions, only cucumber SKIN, NO edamame, NO tempura bits and no tobiko. total rip off. The tofu bites were meh. threw them out, the veggie ramen was missing items too. Is there no quality control??

I came in for an oil change, they were overpriced, but i needed a change urgently, when i got my car back, there were scratches all over my car, at least the service was nice

Horrible customer service. Ordered two sushi bowls with sauce for take out, and one bowl didn't have any sauce on it. When I called to mention this, the employee was very rude and claimed that we were wrong and that they added sauce to both. When we e-mailed afterwards, we were told that we were mistaken and they took the side of their employee. We've ordered here many times before over several years and will not be returning. A simple "sorry about that" would've gone a long way.

Ramen was pretty decent - the chashu came as lumps rather than slices which made it a bit harder to eat with chopsticks and a spoon but the taste was good and it was very filling

I went to first time. And I ordered "Ninja bomb bowl". It's salmon and shrimp tempura bowl. And you can choose sauces. They said usually people add few sauces. So, I pick Ninja sauce (creamy sesame) and Yuzu vinegar sauce. Yuzu is Asian citrus. Kind like lemon and orange mix together. But more close to lemon taste.And this sauces they mix together with rice. I never eat like this style. Because always sushi rice is using rice vinegar and some seasoning. But it was great.This time I tasted creamy sesame. But I didn't taste Yuzu. Next time I will do Yuzu only. I think creamy sesame was strong that's why I can't taste Yuzu.Shrimp tempura was little bit soggy for me. Because I love crispy. But I enjoyed a lot. Looks was great too.They have day's special. It's couple dollars cheaper than regular price. So, if you find it your favorite bowl then just go to day's special time.

Food and service was good during the week, Went on the weekend and service and food kind of fell off the table.I was also told after ordering on the phone and going there that they don't except all amounts of Canadian currency.A bit of a hassle since that's all I brought.
