Manager and staff belong in a jail kitchen not open to public because they don’t know how to deal with complaints of which there are lots
Not the KFC I was used to when I lived in other cities…have been disappointed in Cambridge before but I was willing to give it one more try. What I got was 8 pieces of dry overcooked (twice cooked, I am guessing) chicken and an overstuffed box of fries. The chicken pieces are barely recognizable. I definitely will not be returning, there are much better chicken places in town.
Scammers! Continually short changes the number of chicken pieces. Terrible customer service.
