I eat sushi about once a year, and my last few experiences at other places were lackluster. I popped into Nagano for a quick bite after a full day of walking, and was happy with what I received. The soup, seaweed salad, and cucumber/avocado roll were pretty good, but the crispy salmon was worth the visit alone - exquisite flavour with creamy salmon that melted in your mouth with spicy mayo! If you want incredible service and top quality food, you have to check out Nagano! I've only been there twice but it's our go-to sushi restaurant now and we don't even live in Cambridge! I cannot recommend this place enough if you're a sushi lover!

Delicious japanese food! Ordered a katsu and gyoza which were both delicious. Generous portions and very reasonable prices. Their menu is quite large so there's many things to try over multiple visits.Our server was super friendly and helpful. Place is bright and clean, and the service button makes asking for refills or the bill quick and easy. A lovely place to get food in Cambridge!
