I’ve been a regular customer at this shawarma shop, but my recent visit was a big letdown. The customer service was terrible—one of the staff members was barely understandable and seemed uninterested in helping. On top of that, he kept giving us unfriendly looks, which made the experience even worse.

The service has really gone downhill since the previous staff left; they were much better and more professional. Now, even the food took longer than usual to...

I was visiting Cambridge for a meeting and went to this Osmow’s location and the turban guy at the counter was friendly, he made a super chicken wrap for me. It was really delicious and fresh.
Will give a catering order soon.

Today, I had the best shawarma of my life. The girl was very helpful; she assisted me in choosing the best meal and made for me as well. I will definitely come again. Although I don't remember her name, I recall it starting with an "S." I will also recommend this place to my friends.
