Lady is rude employees are rude. Bread didn’t taste like bread what’s going on at this subway !!

Stale food and locked bathrooms because they did not want to clean them. Customer asked from them to unlock the bathroom they laughed and said no. Rude service and lazy employees. After years of coming here I will not return.

Bun is rock hard. Can the manager of this location please set some quality control standards, and train their staff to recognize the different between a fresh bun and a stale rock hard bun when they handle it, and cut it open. This type of thing should not happen. Doesn't Subway advertise their subs are fresh? Well not today!! This location fails for not doing the job and serving a horrible product.
Store is fine, but the orders have come out wrong twice now. Vegetables were incorrect, no cheese, and not toasted/grilled as requested. Also found a hair.

Service was not great. Rude and would not listen. Also I have never had stale bread at a subway before but our Italian breads were stale and hard. At least a day old. Not sure how that's possible as I thought they were always made fresh....definitely will not visit the Subway on Dundas again :(

if u plan on eating here don’t order online, the employees here seem to either not know how to read or just don’t care to and ignore instructions and barely put any cheese on my sub. i’m talking a whole 3 inches NO

Ordered 2 subways, and the worker added extra charge for chips even tho I didn't order it. When checking over the receipt I realized this mistake, and waited there to clarify with the worker, but seeing us there she calls us over and gives us the money back without us saying anything to her. Shows how she did it with full conscience, and not with integrity like how she was supposed to. She did apologize, and give us cash, however did not update in their system.

I went to this place for a foot long and I brought a coupon with me that would discount 3 dollars.
The time came to pay and I said to the guy there to please add the coupon he had punched in stuff, on the screen, I saw the price is still pretty high so I asked again did you applied the coupon he said yes.
I paid then got the receipt and it showed me no coupon added the price was the regular price, I asked him you didn't apply the coupon then he said oh is because I was trying to help you out I added more chess to your sub.
The moral of the story is just be very careful when you go to these places because this has happened to me a few times now.

Ordered a simply 6 inch turkey on Sept 19 2024, my bread was stale, I got spinach instead of lettuce I got 4 leaves of spinach! Over all the making of the sandwich was horrible and just sad! For the amount you pay! Where is my toppings???

First and last time to this store, rude server, and couldn’t understand or let me finish what i want.. firstly i didn’t want to do this but they made my sandwich wrong which was actually for someone, i went back to correct their mistake, she literlly blamed me and asked me extra money to fix my sandwich??? I asked them if anything they can do, got blamed instead. i had to garbage sub, waste of money and my day ruin well too. I had to go other subway to get right order.

Very rude staff. No wonder why they are not wearing name tags. The guy was constantly being rude on her collegue when she was trying her best.

Poor service, even worse by store franchisee.We ordered 4 subs on the app for our family. All seemed fine. We waited outside in our car whey served a couple people in the store and gave them time to make our order. Once the customers had left we saw they had finished our preorder too. We went in and collected our order, the 2 employees at the counter were pleasant enough.After driving home, and opening the bag, we noticed The one sub was to be a veggie sub, with extra veggies…. and was missing half the veggies, let alone the extra. :(. We called the store to make them aware, and they simply apologized…. Offered no resolution. Unhappy with their response, we asked if they could remake it and send it out to us as we’d already driven 15 min home. The woman on the phone said they don’t do that, and she was working by herself.(not true as we were there not 15min earlier to pick up and gentleman was working with her). After 3-4 minutes of no resolution, she offered to rename the 6inch sub if we wanted to go back to pick it up. Given the gas prices, and our time, that wasn’t an option for us. We even would have been happy with a credit, a coupon, …. But nothing offered further other than an apology.After the uneventful call, Will filled out a survey on the app explaining the occurrence and our displeasure. The next day, we received a generic email from the franchisee offering nothing but a sorry apology. Claimed the staff are trained to follow a recipe and that they’re trained to put on extra topping at the customers’ request. Claimed they’d follow up with the staff, and that they were sorry it happened. Really?! That’s the best they could do?! Lots of other good options out there…. So, sorry Subway. Your poor ability to handle a customer complaint has lost you a customer. :/. Learn to do better!
