Twice I have ordered a sub here through Uber eats, wrong both times. Extremely disappointed. Won't attempt to again.

I was just at this location 10:03 pm, I looked online before driving there to see the hours, which were listed as 11pm. I arrived the hours on the door said 11pm, there were 3 men dining in, when I got to the counter the guy working said they were closed, yet the food was still out on the counter, the toaster was still on. I couldn't understand, if they were closed why was the door still open? Why were people dining in? Why was the food counter still open not cleaned or sealed? I went to another location and told the lady working about it and she said they were all the same owner and all stores are open until 11pm, and to leave a google review for Managemnt so they knew. yet the guy working at 250 Dundas would not serve because he said they closed at 10.. I will not return to this location again. As soon as the 3 dining in left he locked the door after them which was about 10:05pm

Terrible experience! Came here with my family to get dinner and what a brutal experience. Asked for a blt and they didn’t even put bacon on it. I asked where’s the bacon and company ignored it . Also got a stampede briscut and when I asked for bbq sauce she put chipotle!!!!! They are so very very liberal with their toppings

The bathroom was filthy and the girl behind the counter wiped her nose with her in front of me on her arm. She only changed glaves and washed her hands after i was visibly shocked. The ingredients are also mixed, so if you want hot peppers, you're getting pickles too

Went to this location today (Canada day). I was the only customer in the store. The 2 employees behind the counter spoke to each other in their own language all in between asking me what I wanted on my sub. I am a manger at a fast food place and my staff are told not to speak in their own language in front of the other staff and customers. This is so rude. I usually go to Mr sub but they were closed, definitely will continue to take my business to Mr sub as they actually speak to you when making your food.
I went there twice and they charge me different price for a 6 inch sandwich on both days and the girl who works there on weekends with a spectacles was so rude and ignorant as if she doesn't know about the deal and was blaming everything on me as it was my job to know about the subway deals. Don't go to this location as they scam you by charging different prices for the same sandwich

Add some toppings and when the girl going to add sauce she put bbq sauce on her own
I said I didn’t asked for it. She was making faces. And she was unbothered and very rude with customer service.
After that I took the sub and said it’s okay I will take it. She went back in the kitchen and start speaking with other lady saying that why she didn’t get it first and saying I don’t want it in hindi (indian) language I was still sitting in lobby.
Nowadays indian make faces with Indian and they serve canadian people with smiles. That really bad for the management. Feels like mature lady is owner she wasn’t-bothered at all.
This place need to be work on customer service I work at restaurant too. But I hate to come here never will be back

Person making food wearing gloves touching everything, even picking stuff up off the floor, then continuing with food prep with same gloves. Very stingy on toppings and price jumped over $3.00 for an assorted sub. Ridiculous! Won't be back.
Terrible customer service, staff needs to be trained well in preparing a sub ( dry, scattered, not properly filled). Extremely wasteful $9 spent on a sub.

Stale food and locked bathrooms because they did not want to clean them. Customer asked from them to unlock the bathroom they laughed and said no. Rude service and lazy employees. After years of coming here I will not return.
