0 stars if I could. I ordered my food through the Tim Hortons app. I had the correct address but they sent it somewhere completely else. I tried to call my dasher he said he brought to a different location and to call the store. I call the store the first woman was very sweet , she then hands the phone over to a manager which sounds like a younger lady, she continues to tell me that there’s nothing she can do. So which me I’m out 40$. I don’t know how it is inside this business but I would not recommend ever getting delivery from this location.

This is the second time I faced this. I ordered an egg and cheese muffin through drive-through, and they gave me an egg and cheese muffin with bacon in it. As an Indian, I strictly can't eat bacon, and this time without seeing it, I took a bite, and I am so annoyed because I was going to work and I didn’t have time to talk to these guys.

Like most Canadians, I go to a *lot* of Tim Hortons. I happen to drop in to this one as I was passing through Cambridge. The last time I saw a Tim’s this busy was along Hwy 400 on a long weekend! However, unlike that experience, these folks run a tight ship.
The bathrooms were clean and fully stocked; toilet paper and hand soap!
The line ups inside were moving quickly despite the drive thru also being lined up around the parking lot.
There were no less than 15 people working (in a rather small space) and I didn’t see one person bump into another. And in the short wait it took me to place my order and receive, I heard no wrong orders from customers nor any complaining or dissatisfaction from staff.

I wished I lived in this neighbourhood so I could frequent this store more often. I suspect this is the reason it was so busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Whoever runs this store needs to be hired by head office to do some cross training because this crew was phenomenal.

I am a caregiver for a wonderful 96 yr old lady who has been coming to this Tim's since it was built. (Also she went to it when it was across the street ) I continue to bring her here. I have been to lots of other Tim's but this is best. The service, food and cleanliness. As soon as someone comes in they are addressed by the staff almost immediate as they continue to have lots of staff on each shift. It's the little things that makes a difference. Ex Black coffee automatically has a paper band around it as its extra hot. (don't know the exact name 🙃)
Putting extra creamers in a bag, etc etc. Trust me this is not always what happens at all Tim's. The owner and the amazing super, Becky, visits customers. I could go on n on but if I want my coffee and food I will go to this Tim's. I tell everyone l.

come here a lot so can’t say anything bad about the food. but the ladies in the kitchen in the morning are yelling at their co workers and customers. i work in fast food and know you don’t yell at co workers like that, these ladies aren’t even managers. they’ve probably been working here for a while but i do know you don’t yell at co workers no matter what.

Service is terrible at this location. Not to sound racist but, it's the language barrier, you can't understand some people through the intercom at the drive thru. Also, they mess up orders way too often. If they would just have someone who speaks English clearly work the intercom, that would be a huge difference.
