Well thought I would try 1 more time. They just couldn't do it. Medium tea. Double Milk. Nope got cream another one had to throw away
Went from 6,000 points down to 2,000. What I noticed was using your points so u think but your still paying for your sandwich and taking the points. I paid for those points they were not free. Talking about ripping customers off. We'll guess I go to Starbucks.

Completley and Utterly horrendous, these people put so little time and care into orders. And they also are rather unfriendly. My advice: drink your own coffee and eat your own sandwiches at home

I visited Tim Hortons store #314 on Nov 14, 2025 to buy French Vanilla powder advertised at $7.99. At the counter, it scanned as $8.99. The employee took the price tag to the manager, who then said the $7.99 price was incorrect and refused to honor the advertised price. I was not allowed to take a photo as they removed the tag. While it’s only a $1 difference, it’s about honoring advertised prices and customer trust. The manager, Chasidy, denied honoring the price. Disappointed by the lack of customer care and fairness.

I have order ice coffee with less ice they provide me with this 75% glass of coffee and employee said me less ice means less coffee

The English barrier is annoying. Orders frequently not exactly what was ordered and cleanliness is questionable.

I used to come here daily for the past 15 years but had gotten frustrated with my order being correct only 50% of the time along with other time Hortons in the city. I don't have time to wait another 10 minutes to get a new coffee each time because they gave me a completely wrong order. There's a huge communication/ language barrier with some of the employees. It's incredibly frustrating. The final straw for me was when I ordered some omelet bites and they were completely frozen on the inside. It was sickening to bite into.
I can no longer support tim Hortons in general anymore.with the way the franchise is going downhill..I've been saving money making coffee and bagels at home. And I never get my own order wrong :)
