Went through drive thru today for some lunch! We ordered three meals, the first window worker was friendly , second window handed us our food ! No smile! No hello! Nothing! Customer service is such an important thing and it seems to have been forgotten at so many places!! It’s very very sad!! Just a friendly hello and smile could really make someone’s day better!!!

Poor/terrible/Worst/third class service.
Today 7th April i went Wendy's around 11 o clock. A lady told me will take 5 minutes i have to wait parking. I was there 11:10pm and waited until 11:50pm after me 3-4 customer is coming but my order still not. Then i went drive thru window i knock window but a lady working inside ignored me i knock again she is very rude and showing attitude like milioner. I took food it was disgusting food was cold. I took and throw their food there window because I can’t given that food my customer.
I know after this review nothing will happen and no one take any action further but that will happen many drivers. I know we are delivery drivers but we delivered food your customer not others.

Wendy's has established a reputation and consistency so there isn't much I would say I expect something extraordinary but it doesn't need to be. Food is good, prices are competitive and staff ok as it's a fast food joint after all. Love the deals when they have them as it makes Wendy's a very appealing spot to go when it comes to value. I would select going to a Wendy's over a McDonald's or Burger King.

I was here to pick up a SKIP order and my own takeout today (Tuesday evening).

The lady managing at that time, along with the young girls, was really friendly and attentive. She was handing out coupons to everyone. I visit 100 restaurants in a day, but she was the best—working with a smile and reminding me of my mom.

Frequently (like, 3 out of 4 times), they make my delivery orders wrong. They usually are missing items. They have a pretty good vale menu tho if you go in person during the busier hours

was enjoying my night just snapchatting my friends back in the drive thru on my way home tonight and i really didn’t appreciate being accused of taking pictures of a worker in the drive thru, your male worker then coming to the window with attitude “did you take her picture” no i didn’t; and even if i did??? its fully legal to do so, so you even asking something like that the way you did as if you were going to do something about it even tho you literally can’t, wont be coming back here lol interrogating me on what i’m taking pictures of as if it’s any of their business you’re in public you’re on camera already nor do i want your employees picture on my phone like wtf do i want that for ????? people snapchat and if you’re in the background that’s not my problem; you are in PUBLIC.

So very disappointed with the bacon mushroom melt. As a customer, I wait anxiously for this burger and there was literally no cheese sauce. It was smaller than the JBC my granddaughter ate and very tasteless for a mushroom burger
