The team was super fast, there were busy, but we even didn't wait and didn't notice. The team of Sunday August 17th at 6 pm is awesome 👌

I've been coming here for months as an Uber pickup driver and sometimes for takeout. One thing I’ve consistently noticed is how poorly the manager, a lady named Jessica, treats her staff. She’s often rude, especially during rush hours — I’ve seen her push employees around instead of supporting them. If you hire people, the least you can do is respect them.
There used to be a few kind and innocent girls working at the front who were always polite and professional. Sadly, I don’t see them anymore — probably because they were pushed out or made to feel unwelcome when they asked for help.
I truly hope those employees have moved on to better jobs where they’re respected. And I also hope this place considers either coaching or replacing the current manager. A team can only thrive when there’s real leadership, not intimidation.

Unhygienic conditions
Visited Wendy’s yesterday evening and was shocked to see dirty water from a possible drainage leak in the food prep area. It smelled awful, and food was still being prepared in those conditions. Extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Hope it’s addressed immediately.

Never been to a drive thru where they ignore you at the speaker. Happened multiple times and for many minutes. End up driving off due to the uncertainty!
Doesn't give the food you order
You used to be top store. The only fast food that doesn’t charge for condiments ex mayo. Keep that up. I had a coupon and was not allowed to add an extra patty to my burger. We used to be able to when we treated the customer right. So I won’t come back to this store as it’s not for the customer.
