Spent 4 minutes watching the cashier watch food being prepared Instead of taking orders. I left. Won't be coming back. Very upsetting.

Visited the drive through Pardhu served me and was absolutely delightful!!! He has a wonderful disposition and an amazing smile. So pleasant !! I will gladly visit this location again

Never in my life of going to Wendy's has it been so disappointed by them. Chicken strips where so small the box was a waste you should have just put in a chicken nuggets box then they look bigger and bpmm potatoes barley any mushrooms or cheese quality is key ppl

Of all the Wendy's in Cambridge, I like this one best. Always get friendly service, with conversation at this location, and the burgers are never as greasy as they are at other locations.
There was so much smoke inside the kitchen. The service was good but I care about the people working inside the kitchen. I saw one of the worker’s eyes, their eyes were red from the smoke and the turban manager said that the exhausts are not working. This is very unprofessional and carelessness of the store manager or whoever is incharge of the store. This is not fair for the people working in the kitchen. This should be fixed ASAP for their health concerns.

I WENT HERE ON THE WEEKEND HAD A BIG ORDER I ORDER A THE NEW SPICY CHICKEN COMBO THE CHICKEN WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CHEESE BACON TOMATO AND LETTUCE AND SAUCE GOT a limp lettuce and tomato 🤬

Recent experience ordered through UberEats for several burgers. Paid a pretty decent sum so I do expect the basics to be covered, it shouldn't be difficult.
Order was delivered and the sticker wasn't even holding the bag shut, it was completely open and unsealed with our burgers easily viewable and accessible. There was no rip or anything, this was just how Wendy's thought it would be acceptable to send it out. This is the second time this has happened to us ordering from this location. ?????
I won't order from here anymore and recommend nobody else does either, it's unacceptable as a fastfood establishment handing your orders to delivery drivers without even caring enough to seal it shut. It is part of what I'm paying for. The bare minimum wasn't done and I was turned off from eating the burgers at all, it took away from the experience entirely. UberEats was zero help, it was extremely disappointing we shouldn't have had to deal with this.
Don't ever order delivery from this location - they won't bother to seal it properly and your food could be easily tampered with. Support real businesses elsewhere.

Went in looked at employees not one person would take my order and than gave up and left

Waited 10 minutes for a couple burgers on a Saturday morning at 10:45 when there was no one else waiting inside. I realize these restaurants prioritize fulfilling drive through but this was on the ridiculous side. The young cashier was friendly enough though her coworker in the assembly area seemed a bit frenzied and aggressive in her interactions with her. Ice from the soda machine was slushy and there was a lot of multicoloured drink residue coating the drink dispensing area of one of the two machines. We really only stopped by for the $4 burger promo and grudgingly accepted the above as a trade off for a relatively cheap brunch. The food was acceptable, on par with the overall experience.
