I accidentally made a mobile order to the wrong Wendy’s in Oakville as the app didn’t update the location. But when I told the staff here and showed my receipt they were kind enough to honor it at this location.Food was great, restaurant is clean and staff are very friendly.Thanks

Don’t know what was in my salad today but all I was offered was a free frosty and my money back . will not be eating at Wendy’s ever again. Someone else at a different Wendy’s in the region also found the same thing in their salad. Will add both pictures . Mine is the one on top of the dressing packet .

There was one person in line in front of me. After standing there for over 15 minutes I finally got impatient. After being polite trying to figure out why I was being treated ignorant I decided to ask.They had 2 tills and staff standing around.They didn't even acknowledge that I was talking to them an completely snubbed me for absolutely no reason for me to be treated like garbage.I've been treated badly before by customer service, but this was the most ignorant uncalled for unprofessional stuck up disrespectful treatment ive ever seen.I was ready to place an order for 6 people but instead I left in anger and I will never spend a penny in this worthless establishment ever again.Furthermore, I will spread the word and encourage everyone I know to never do business with this location again.
