Their Nashville chicken sandwich is great, definitely one of the better fast food sandwiches out there. Gravy for the poutine was slightly on the salty side, but still good. Of course, their root beer is a classic. 4/5 better than most fast food. If you're an American visiting Canada, definitely a place to stop and eat.

They never cook the sweet potato fries, they are always cold and raw in the center!!! Why aren’t they hiring born and raised Canadian students anymore also? They are only hiring international students. That’s illegal. I will never be back!

We went for free kids meals on Halloween and they were very busy but well organized and very efficient. There was a steady lineup but they were fast and friendly!

Just spent $36 on 2 spicy chicken combo meals. They didnt put any sauce on the burgers. Onions ri gs didnt even taste of onions. I should have know when the parking lot was complety empty that the Food would be terrible, what a waste, never coming here again.

Not enough staff, 2 cooks and 1 cashier to handle the drive thru and counter. Wait for service or an acknowledgemet was quite long.
This is $18. A&W is nostalgic for me but always regret coming here now. Extremely overpriced for the quality of food. Fries have no taste and root beer always tastes like diet and slightly flat. Burgers are thrown together meh tasting at best.

I'm giving it a 3 stars because pretty much every time I've gone they only filled my drink up about 3/4 of the way. The fries have improved greatly though.
