“I brought my kiddos here today and everyone loved it. The baristas were very friendly and welcoming. We had a variety of beverages and they were all very good. The skull carrot cake was a big hit with my fussy granddaughter! The decor theme was so well put together. There were a variety of things to purchase and we each found something we loved. Unfortunately we dropped a drink off our table and they were so quick to clean it up and even offered a replacement which I did not expect but really appreciated. Such a unique cafe that we hope to frequent often. Thank you to the staff for such a great visit!”

“Amazing people, fantastic food, the atmosphere in the huge parking lot is excellent, low key and quiet :-) They close for the winter when the risk of freezing water pipes increases, and they open up in the spring with a warm greeting and yummy food. 100% recommend.”

“I ordered from the Smoke Box for the first time and it was the best takeout I’ve ever had! I got the bronx wrap and a small mac and cheese. Portions are huge, I couldn’t finish it all. Highly recommend this place!! So happy to have a healthy takeout option 😀”

“My husband lived in India and when we first tried Sagar he nearly teared up. He said, "Since returning back to Canada, I've never had any Indian that comes close to the food I had in India until I tried this!" Sagar has a huge menu to choose from including specialty dishes that are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. The chefs go above and beyond to provide the best tasting Indian cuisine and are happy to sub anything out for allergies or intolerances. Service is always fast and the servers are so sweet, tend to any needs and ensure you have the best dining experience possible. Sagar is our favourite date night spot in Carleton Place!”

“I've been driving by this place for years and I finally had time to stop in to grab a slice. As far as slices go it was really good, sauce was on point really good cheese, pepperoni and bacon good dough. If I lived closer I would definitely be ordering from here quite often. And the staff which I believe are the owners are absolutely wonderful people . I'm happy I finally stopped it .”

“My wife and I have tried soo many chip trucks and nothing even comes close in comparison. Typically you get quality, quanity, or none at all. Here at Crispy Spuds, its nothing but perfection. Wife and I have eaten here 4 times and not a single complaint any of those times. Portions are big, quality is perfect and so many different options. Try everything!!”

I had the STRAWBERRY 🍓 CHEESECAKE WAFFLES 🧇 and I AM NOT a WAFFLE eater or a FAN of BUT THESE were ABSOLUTELY SOFT,MELT in your mouth DELICIOUS HONESTLY the BEST waffles I have ever had!, along with an INCREDIBLE TARO ice tea(tried it with tapioca pearls gummy bear consistency) Will become a FAVOURITE DRINK for SURE!! I messed something up on an online order for a sandwich platter so I walked into a different subway and ordered it in person and they did up the platter in record time and the most amazing part was they were very understanding and didn’t make me pay the second time around as I had already prepaid the first time!! “Just new to the area so we tried Fishermen Palace ginger sweet and sour chicken. It was absolutely delicious, nice pieces of chicken in a wonderful flavoured ginger sauce. Also tried the chicken Kong PO it was equally as delicious and the best we have tasted. Thank you for these wonderful dishes.”

“Our hockey team walked in right at opening without a reservation, they graciously accepted us and the food and service was outstanding. there was only 1 server for the whole place and they offered our kids handheld gaming consoles to occupy them while they waited for their food and allowed parents to relax. It was definitely handled with grace and poise and we were so grateful!”
