FRESKA Café & Eatery is a gem in Carleton Place, offering a bright, friendly, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere. The atmosphere is laid back, authentic, warm, and very welcoming, making guests feel appreciated and cared for. The staff are positive, work as a team, and provide a friendly greeting, with servers noted for being amazing, patient, and a lovely ray of sunshine.
The food is excellent, original, very flavorful, fresh, and presented attractively with a little panache. The diverse breakfast menu includes lots of healthy options and good prices. Specific standout dishes include a top-tier club sandwich, the best vegetarian omelet, awesome Eggs Benny, and the best Beef Benny with fresh Hollandaise and perfectly seasoned potatoes. Kids meals feature giant pancakes, and beverages include lovely tasting coffee and great fresh squeezed orange juice. The food arrives piping hot and delicious.
The place can be very busy on weekends, where reservations are recommended. It is consistently an excellent experience, prompting guests to return.
